Exceptional Loan Officer
Long overdue review, but my partner and I had the pleasure of working with Anissa Kiester from MR&A and couldn’t be more impressed and thankful with the help of refinancing our home. Her depth of knowledge in the industry was evident from the start. She was able to answer all of our questions with confidence and clarity, which put our minds at ease. What really set her apart was how accessible, responsive and accommodating she was during the process. What could have been a stressful process, she made seamless and straightforward. Great experience with Michael Rand and associates
Michael did an amazing job for us regarding the sale of our family home. This was the second property he sold for us. He’s with you from the get go and provides great advice and answers all questions you have very quickly. Debra who works with Michael also keeps you up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend Michael Rams and associates to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!!

I don't even know where to begin... Listen, Michael is such a sweet human. It's rare to find genuinely good people, especially in LA but he is a gem. He works so hard, is very knowledgeable and gets the JOB DONE! My loan was closed so quickly and he made sure that I was able to secure the best interest rate possible. I'm so glad that I listened to him and locked in the interest rate when he advised because it sky-rocketed from there. I'll definitely be referring Michale and doing business with him again! Debra is also amazing, such a sweet soul. They work so hard and so well! Great team! Kudos to them!

Anissa did an amazing job helping us through the entire process of obtaining a mortgage loan. This was our first home purchase so there was a lot to be unsure of and nervous about. Anissa answered all of our questions and kindly took the time to explain everything to us along the way. We always felt like we could get into contact, as she was very responsive wether through email or phone. In the end, we felt very informed and confident about the decisions we made!

I've worked with Michael and Debra through a home purchase and three refi's over the past six years. I'm self-employed, so there are a lot more hurdles for me to get financing than for someone that has a traditional job -- especially during Covid! But they've always gotten me over the finish line, taking care of most of the paperwork, advising me on how to proceed, and educating me on how underwriters reach their decisions. I've learned so much from them that I'm the expert in the room among my friends when anyone talks about buying a house (of course, none of my friends are mortgage brokers!).
They are very honest, patient, reliable, and realistic. Highly recommend!
