I cannot recommend Teddy & Mouza enough! They are by far the best jewellers in Hatton Garden! Me & my partner went into Mouza to just browse engagement rings to give me an idea of what I might like. I went into the appointment with no knowledge or expectations and was blown away with the service. I am SO glad Mouza was the first appointment we had as they set the standard so high. Teddy made the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. We went through everything about diamonds in detail and I came away from the appointment feeling reassured and excited. We spent the whole appointment chatting and laughing, it felt more like catching up with a friend than a sales appointment. Even though we spent hours with them, there was no pressure to come back or even buy. We had to cut our appointment short to get to another appointment in Hatton Garden but we came straight back to Mouza, and didn't even go to our third appointment because the experience did not even compare one bit!! The service, warmth & attention to detail at Mouza were on a completely different level! When we returned, Teddy helped me chose the style of ring and then I left everything else up to my partner, feeling 100% confident in Teddy and the team! I was over the moon with how my engagement ring turned out and I couldn't have wished for anything more! I genuinely couldn't recommend Teddy/Miro and the rest of the team more highly to anyone looking for an engagement ring, especially if like me, you had no idea where to start! They made what could be an overwhelming experience feel special, personal & so much fun! I cannot wait to come back and pick out the wedding bands!

I don’t often leave reviews but Mouza has warranted it. Firstly the service was amazing start to finish, I want to especially thank Teddy who was our point of contact, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. Always communicated with me, she even got us a stone far better than we originally were offered. I’ve met many jewellers on the street, but none of which gave us such a personalised service as Teddy did. She was delightful, answering my texts no matter the time of the day, she cares about her clients and it truly shows Their process was very thorough, from designing the concept, to the CAD, then the resin version and the final product. We couldn’t be happier with the final version. I want to also thank Miro, who was there to support any questions I had throughout the process. The issue with most jewellers is they get desensitised to the clients, but honestly it was very clear how much Mouza cares about their customers, understanding this was a special moment for us. They’ve earned a lifelong customer in me, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were happy to educate us, guide us and ensure we ended up with a priceless product. I can’t thank you enough!

I now use Mouza for all of my bespoke jewellery, not only due to their excellent service and fast results but for their wealth of knowledge which really shows in the final product. After each consultation I left with a better understanding of the business and a priceless piece. They work to maintain permanent customers, not just make a quick sale so both parties always leave happy. I will never go anywhere else.

We are so grateful to Miro and everyone at Mouza for helping us find the perfect engagement ring. Mouza was the first place that we went to look at when shopping for the perfect style. We described to him what we wanted and he brought out some similar styles which were all lovely. He then gave us his advice. He looked at what my (now) fiancée was wearing and her overall style and he brought out the most BEAUTIFUL ring we’d ever seen. She tried it on and we were both nearly in tears because it looked so great. I made up my mind on the spot. Miro however put no pressure on us. He doesn’t need to sell his jewellery, because it sells itself. He remained helpful over the next few months and also helped me to get the right insurance. I couldn’t recommend them enough so thank you! We are now happily engaged and we get so many comments about the ring.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Truly Exceptional Experience with Miro at Mouza, Hatton Garden From the moment I first contacted Miro, he showed incredible expertise and professionalism. I knew very little about diamonds or rings, but he guided me through the whole process with patience and confidence. Somehow, from just one photo, he even managed to determine my partner’s ring size perfectly! We sat together and designed a bespoke engagement ring, narrowing it down from a range of stunning options until we found the perfect one. Miro made the entire experience feel personal and exciting — nothing was too much trouble. To top it all off, he worked to an extremely tight deadline, getting the finished ring delivered to my holiday destination in the Lake District in under two weeks — just in time for the proposal. I honestly can’t thank Miro and his team enough. If you’re thinking about buying a ring, I urge you to go to Mouza. The service is epic, and Miro is an absolute top guy.

Amazing experience with Miro - he helped us design and manufacture an engagement ring and both of our wedding rings. He's honest and helpful - he tries to find the right design for you rather than trying to sell you on something expensive, which is such a contrast to other vendors in the industry in our experience. I stumbled upon this shop by accident while ring hunting and was blown away by their selection and quality. After visiting several stores in Hatton Green earlier that day, they were hands down the standout. Other shops often had a shaky grasp of their inventory or stones, and as a hobbyist I could tell when things didn’t quite add up about cuts or what’s possible. In contrast, Mousa clearly love their craft and are genuinely fun to work with. They answered my questions quickly and in detail, which gave me immediate confidence that these are the jewelers I’d trust with my ring.

I hate sales people. I don’t want to be sold to. So the gentle guidance, general and very specific relevant information, given by Miro at Mouza, helped me to weight up the pros and cons of mined versus lab; yellow versus white; oval versus emerald cut. After a lot of research and endless patience from Miro, I made the jump and ordered my ring. I could not be more delighted. Hatton Garden can be confusing, and a maze of shops and pushy salespeople. I would recommend Mouza, and the manager Miro unequivocally. For me I would never go anywhere else again.

Miro is the absolute best in the business. I spoke to multiple jewellers when looking for an engagement ring but Miro was a class above the rest. Mouza is the place to go! I cannot praise Miro and Mouza highly enough. Miro made my ring dreams come true. I wasn’t finding an engagement ring I liked before seeing Miro. He asked me about my ring journey and upon hearing immediately understood my taste. He showed me a new design that was stunning.
