Known vendor to pull out, go to other clearnet vendors
Y'all are trusting a company that's been known to pull out and scam in the USA. You guys would have much better luck on other clearnet vendors. Prices for some of these things are insane compared to other legit vendors. They all have the same shit up anyway. Email me if y'all got questions, been buying from these type of sites for a little over 6 months

Two weeks later, my order is still processing. I’ve never run into delays with them before and I understand there’s a strike but they’ve always come through in the past. I wonder if this site is now run by imposters.

Still Waiting!
Something is wrong. Always a great experience but now it's been over 10 days and my order remains in "Processing". Got one response from them on the delay, but now I get no response. If my order ever arrives I doubt I will ever order from them again. There are other options out there which I have made an order from and will no doubt get to me before this order does.
Beyond Ridiculous
I have used this site for over two years now. I had an order placed on July 29th, sent the money, was accepted, the order got put BACK on hold?? I emailed their support NUMEROUS times, nothing about my order at all. Had another order that actually arrived after the delayed ordered was placed. Tried emailing several times, even replied to the 50% off coupon email and socials... NOTHING! This isn't the same service it used to be.

Frustrated
Jist like Matt reviewed. I've been waiting n waiting for weeks. We've all been patient and would like a reply or whatever to know why we can't get what is owed to us. Don't say u don't have it cuz its been clearly posted since before and after ur site came back. I've reached out to your ads on IG and no response. This site used to send within a cpl days. After multiple times of being scammed and fighting to get what i ordered. I've given them the benefit of the doubt numerous times. But its clear im not the only frustrated person. This place is a huge headache to deal with. Just look at how many 1 star scrappy reviews they have. Save ur time money and high blood pressure lol. Its been extremely difficult to get what is owed. All I want is a refund or what I ordered. U had no problem accepting my money when I ordered on sept 7th. It's now the 24th. And still processing. Communication is a big part of running a business. If I treated my customers like u do , I'd be out of business. And it clear u are heading in that direction.

Waiting like others
I too am waiting. APROX $500 ORDER placed Sept 5th. (Just before Moonhaus website went down.) Happy and surprised that the site came back as Moonhauz and there is me and my login credentials and this Sept 5th order still in "processing. Well it is now Sept 22nd. That's Seventeen days since the money transfer and it is still "Processing" This is frustrating. What is equally frustrating it there is no way to reach out and inform the Moonhauz site or operator in any way about anything. I guess if this order doesn't get shipped but rather, sits in processing for eternity, I cannot place another order having lost trust.

Fake GHB
Well I ordered the Ghb and it landed me in the ICU in a coma for 13 days and another month in the hospital recovering. I got it tested with 2 kits specifically for GHB and it tested for 0% GHB. I have been trying to get ahold of support for over a month and no answer back. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCUM BAGS!

How long before your package is out of processing an shipped then then shipped do u get tracking at all and how long usually does it take for the parcel to arrive to 🇨🇦 will give 5 star once I've tested product and ofcoarse receive the parcel.

Scamm
Package took almost 5 weeks to show up and when it finally it was 2 bottles all leaked out of the packaging one. Otto’s was. Bigger than the other and I paid $300 for .tiny bottles that leaked I’ve tried mean many time before and this want it. Either this company makes it right or I will continue to write back reviews so somone tiher person don’t have to go threw this Indra k. The bottles nothing happened
