Waiting like others I too am waiting. APROX $500 ORDER placed Sept 5th. (Just before Moonhaus website went down.) Happy and surprised that the site came back as Moonhauz and there is me and my login credentials and this Sept 5th order still in "processing. Well it is now Sept 22nd. That's Seventeen days since the money transfer and it is still "Processing" This is frustrating. What is equally frustrating it there is no way to reach out and inform the Moonhauz site or operator in any way about anything. I guess if this order doesn't get shipped but rather, sits in processing for eternity, I cannot place another order having lost trust.
