Exceptional Craftsmanship and Customer Care! We recently had MODEXT Construction build our 4-season sunroom, and we absolutely love it! The project was completed over a month ago, and the finished product has completely exceeded our expectations. Unlike standard box or rectangular sunrooms, ours features a custom design with unique trapezoid shapes in the front (using high-quality structures from Joyce Manufacturing). We constantly receive compliments from family, friends, and even passersby on the sidewalk! The entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with: Yerry (CEO): Handled our initial consultation and helped us design the room. He was involved from start to finish and is truly passionate about his work. Whenever we raised a question or minor issue, he listened and took action immediately to ensure we were completely satisfied. Milesa (CFO): Handled all the paperwork, permits, and billing seamlessly. She kept us thoroughly informed of the project schedule, costs, and payments with incredible attention to detail. Joey & Jimmy (Lead Installers): These two are amazing workers who consistently started early and worked late. It was evident throughout the project that they take immense pride in their craftsmanship, and they were always happy to answer our questions. Pricing and Timeline: Value: We received three quotes for this project, and MODEXT’s pricing was very reasonable—right in the middle compared to the others. Timeline: The only minor con was that the project took a little longer than my wife and I expected. However, we gladly chalk that up to the company’s dedication to ensuring every single detail was done correctly and to our total satisfaction. Everyone at MODEXT Construction is kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about the customer. If you are looking for a sunroom contractor in Virginia Beach, we strongly recommend them!

The team did a very professional job and dealt with the slope issues of our current slab to make the room fit well. We are pleased with the materials and manufacture of the components. We wanted high ceilings (10 ft) and Mod Ex was able to work it out.

Add a Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Yerry, Jimmy and Joey all helped with my patio project.They removed the old material and replaced the cover and lattice.They were all professional and hard working and made sure everything was secure and sealed. Workmanship was outstanding and despite the challenges of getting the necessary permits from the City of Suffolk they worked tirelessly to get the project done in time for the neighborhood?s annual fall picnic.
