I have just received my passport back with confirmation of the long-awaited five-year extension of my MM2H visa. It marks the successful completion of a process that, honestly, I never expected to go so smoothly.
Before I contacted Mr. Ismail, I saw virtually no chance of obtaining a visa extension and came across My Expat almost by accident. From our very first exchange, he encouraged me to go ahead with the application, and his confidence was, in a way, contagious. He always responded to my many questions promptly, clearly, and with a genuine understanding of my particular circumstances.

All i have to say is that after doing a lot of research, i am glad i went with My Expat MM2H.
They were amazing, very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. The details of the program outlined by Mr. Ismail went exactly to plan. Mr. Ismail has always been there step by step and answered all questions. There were no hidden fees, delays, or any unfortunate surprises.

Whilst I did my MM2H application myself some 20 years ago I have been using Myexpat for renewals and maid's visa for a few years
The staff are very friendly and helpful and they always get the job done with minimum fuss.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My experience with My Expat was great. Mr. Ismail and Ms. Faa are great communicators which kept me apprised throughout the process and supported me upon my arrival for my mm2h stamping. They were supportive with references to realtors, attorneys and whatever else I needed. Mr. Ismail went out of his way to show me a condo building since I was interested in a property purchase. Truly a personal experience and highly recommended.

I and my wife have been MM2H visa holders since 2013. Our initial 10 years and subsequent 5 years visa renewal was done by My Expat MM2H Sdn Bhd.
