It marks the successful completion of a process that, honestly, I never expected to go so smoothly. Before I contacted Mr. Ismail, I saw virtually no chance of obtaining a visa extension and came across My Expat almost by accident. From our very first exchange, he encouraged me to go ahead with the application, and his confidence was, in a way, contagious. He always responded to my many questions promptly, clearly, and with a genuine understanding of my particular circumstances. After that, Mrs. Faa and the rest of the team took over. They dealt with all the necessary formalities, helped me obtain the required documents, and ensured that the whole process moved forward efficiently and without complications.
