Our son previously attended a kinder in Alamanda, which we eventually decided to remove him from due to the constant turnover of teachers. He was often very upset at drop-off, which was difficult for us as parents. We were then recommended Milestones after hearing such positive feedback about the staff — how caring, nurturing, and long-standing they were. Moving him to Milestones was truly the best decision we could have made. He absolutely loves the staff and has made so many friends. Everyone at Milestones is incredibly kind and supportive, and it genuinely feels like a family. We will miss you all so much when he heads off to school next year. Thank you for everything you’ve done for him.

We transferred to this childcare in August after moving from another state, and my daughter adapted amazingly well. Her favourite teacher, Miss Phoebe, has been incredibly warm and supportive — my daughter absolutely loves her. The whole team is caring, professional, and communicates well. I feel truly relieved and grateful knowing my daughter is happy and safe here. Highly recommend!

Both of them absolutely love going in every day! The educators are so warm, patient, and genuinely care about the kids. She took the time to explain everything how the centre operates, what makes it unique, and how experienced and dedicated the team is. It wasn’t just information; it was reassurance. You could immediately feel the pride and care that flows through the place. What struck me most was how long the educators have been with the centre. In a world where staff turnover is common, this stability speaks volumes. Every educator I met was confident, proactive, and genuinely invested in the children. I never once felt the need to escalate or check in with the manager each educator was a leader in their own right, and that kind of consistency builds immense trust. When my baby started here at just 12 months old, I was naturally nervous. But the way the team supported us through the transition was beyond my expectations. They encouraged as many orientation visits as we needed no pressure, just understanding. We started visiting two weeks before her start date, and by the time she officially began, she already recognized the faces that would care for her every day. Rebecca, Purnima, Sam, Thelanka, Roopa and Safrun each of them went above and beyond. They comforted her when she cried, celebrated her small milestones, and gave her the love and patience every parent hopes for when they leave their little one in someone else’s care. I could feel their warmth in every update, every photo, and every smile my baby brought home. It takes a village to raise a child, and this centre has become that village for us. Knowing that my baby spends her day surrounded by people who truly care - who nurture, teach, and protect her gives me such peace of mind. We chose this centre for my 1 year old daughter and it has turned out to be the best decision. The educators and the centre manager were extremely warm and supportive during the transition. My daughter quickly settled into her daily routine and now feels at home in the babies room. She loves going there and enjoys her time at the centre. The efforts put in by Purnima and Bec at every step are worth calling out. We are at peace while she is in their care. We love to watch her daily updates and how she is learning new things each day. The practice of not allowing shoes in the babies room is quite helpful in keeping the germs away while babies build their immunity gradually. Would highly recommend the centre👍

There are plenty of childcare centres out there, however Milestones Point Cook is in a league of their own. No mater which room your child is in you rest assured that the staff will give their all to your children. This centre goes above and beyond to provide a structured and open space for all kids. Thelanka is an exceptional centre manager and is extremely approachable and really easy to speak to. You can see her passion and love for all of the children in the centre. Both of my children have really come a long way since being in here and this is all due to the efforts all of the staff put into each child. I am so grateful for finding this centre as I know my kids are safe and getting the absolute best care and learning at the same time.

I couldn't be happier with all the support and care PS, Thelanka, Purnima, Navjot and team has bestowed towards settling my daughter at Milestones.
