Milestones Early Learning Centre at Point Cook has been a great experience for me. The educators are very caring and take a lot of effort to ensure that the children in their care are well looked after. Both my kids quickly settled in to the routine and dropping them off was easy because they love the educators. I also like the multicultural element at this centre which ensures the kids are exposed to a variety of cultures and experiences. As a first time mum of twins, navigating the childcare system in Victoria is not easy and they have made it as straightforward as possible and have always helped me by providing answers and clarifications to my many questions about the system and Centrelink and childcare subsidies etc. I would recommend the centre and Thelanka and her team highly to any parent.

We are happy that a year ago our son join this centre, as so much progress has been achieved with our son. Thank you for supporting Joseph! The educators are lovely and caring. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Milestone. My son is thriving there and loves going there. Very pleased with the caring and knowledgeable educators. Good syllabus and loads of fun activities. Friendly and caring staff, Pree, Emily, Purnima. Overall, I am super pleased with Milestone.

Very nurturing and caring centre as it did not take my son more than 3 days to settle in the new environment when he started last year. Centre manager Pree is very understanding and accomodating, she has always been very kind and helpful. My son is super happy to be here. Thank you Milestone team, you all do a fabulous job 🙏

My daughter is going to Milestones since she was 7 months old. We are very happy since the new manager Pree joined this point cook center. She is accomodating, a good listener and available for conversations when needed. Thank you for your wonderful suggestions Pree. Keep up the great work. Center has improved a lot since you joined.

I had toured this facility and selected it for my 1.5 year old son as a first time mum. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! FACILITY MANAGER PREE IS RUDE AND DOESNT HAVE COMMON COMMUNICATION AND EMPATHY SKILLS AND IS A LIAR!! Due to centrelink issues (i had to reapply for my subsidy), I had to delay enrolment and I notified the facility manager Pree 1 week prior of enrolling via a phone call who confirmed she did it on her end. After a week of notifying her, I received an invoice of the service and a deduction of the full amount of the service which was not successful due to insufficient credit. I emailed the manger Pree regarding this to ensure she had paused enrolment and she confirmed and advised to ignore any further invoices etc. approx 2 weeks later, I noticed a deduction on my credit card of $8.80. I emailed Manager Pree regarding this. She responded “As the enrolment was paused after invoice , so unfortunately the amount can’t be  reimbursed.” This is incorrect as I notified Pree prior to receiving the invoice a week prior. I phoned her to discuss what this deduction was even for. She said it was a late fee penalty as my debit was not successful. Pree was rude and basically said that “its only $8.80, whats the problem”. Who is she to tell me the value of $8.80 and what that means for me and my family!! She was consistent and showed no empathy to the matter.. I simply advised that how does it make sense that Milestones is not asking for the invoice amount, but Ive been charged a late fee penalty of a service I have postponed to start at a later date. She did not have anything to say except it cant be refunded. I then said I would like to talk to someone who can assist me, and she said their billing is with a third party. I asked her to email me their details and to confirm the exact date she paused enrolment. I have been waiting for that email information for a month and she has not responded at all to any of my follow up emails. Pree is rude, has little communication courtesy and shows no empathy. How can someone like that be a facility manager!!??? and how can she be so judgemental on people who are following up with payment issues.. $8.80 might not mean much for her as she is working full time as a manager, but for someone like me, a full time stay at home mum, its a meals worth of groceries for the family/ 2 bottles of milk for my baby. I am still yet to follow up on this matter but she has made it so hard for me as she is not providing me with their third party billing details which she said she would!

We had an excellent experience with Milestones Child Care in Point Cook. The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive to the needs of the children. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained, providing a stimulating and educational environment for the kids. Absolutely wonderful daycare! The staff goes above and beyond, creating a warm and nurturing environment and are also highly skilled in early childhood development. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities. Our child has adjusted very well here and looks forward to going everyday. We are very happy with our choice!

Milestones is one of the best early learning centres in Pointcook. Great caring and friendly staff. All staff go above and beyond to cater to each child's needs. The centre director and the educational leader are so welcoming and always ready for a chat! My child loves going to childcare and can't stop talking about her day at home. Also one of the best meal options each day, so culturally versatile ,to cater to the multicultural families. Thanks to her kinder teacher who helped her settle so quickly in the room and takes great care to address her routine/needs. Love how she makes wonderful and engaging experiences for the children. Thanks to the Milestones team! Overall highly recommend!!!

Wonderful place full of heaps of activities for your children and heaps of support for yourself to know they are taking great care of your child and also having fun and teaching them well.

Professional and friendly staff. Quite accomodating to your child's needs. I find the centre manager is very approachable and attentive to your specific requests and needs. My child loves being there and his kindy teacher. He is so excited that runs and doesnt even turn to say bye at times!!

Highly recommend Milestones! Super satisfied with their centre, my kids have just started going there and they love it, especially my 2yr old daughter. The workers there are amazing, kind and super easy to communicate with. I look forward to seeing more of what’s to come for my little ones during their time with Milestones! Our family has been associated with Milestones over an year now. We had an amazing experience when our foster child was attending the facility and now we have our own child attending this center. There are many things I could say about this hidden gem in Point Cook, it may the longest running child care in this area. The staff makes a whole of difference to this facility, staff have been working in this center for several years and it reflects that they are committed to the center. I feel I almost know all the lovely educators by their name and what is going in their lives. Genuine, honest, caring, professional, warm and responsible. Thank you so much Milestones team. xoxo

My daughter is going to Milestone child care for almost 6 months and we absolutely love their staff and admin team. They are caring and their centre manager Amy is very responsive. Personal attention is provided by educators which I like the most and they do Yoga and Italian classes which makes them unique.

A highly recommended childcare centre around Pt Cook / Sanctuary Lakes area. Amy and her team do an exceptional job in making sure that children feel like coming back to the centre and infact our kids have always looked forward to attending the childcare. We had great experience with Milestones for both our kids. The carers are really caring. The kindergarten program this year has been very beneficial to my son, not only in terms of academic development but also in personality development, managing friendship and making good decisions when it comes to conflicts of little people. They have excellent hygiene policies, from even before covid struck! Can’t recommend enough!

The centre rooms look very beautiful with the new furniture. My son joined Milestone when he was only 4 months, he is now 3yrs and I have to say there has been a great transformation from ambience, organization to professionalism. The place looks amazing.Thumps up to centre manager Amy.
