My daughter has been at Milestones Sunshine Beach for about a month, and we have been so pleased with how well she has adjusted in such a short time. A big part of that is the way her educators handle her arrival each day. Like many new children, drop-off can be overwhelming, and saying goodbye can be emotionally intense. Donna has been fantastic in helping us navigate those moments — she invites our daughter to sit with her at the front desk or help with small jobs around the nursery. That one-on-one welcome has been a game changer in helping her feel comfortable before entering the larger room with everyone else. Her educators, Cris and Cristina, have also been wonderful. They plan engaging activities each day, and in just a few weeks we’ve already noticed improvements in her vocab, counting, and early writing skills. We are very happy and grateful for the care she’s receiving at Milestones Sunshine Beach!

We absolutely love Elly & her team at Milestones Sunshine Beach! We recently moved here from Belgium and the educators really put in so much effort to make our young kids feel at home in their care and in Australia in general. Our kids didn’t speak any English, but that didn’t pose any problems since the educators found wonderful solutions every time. So we definitely recommend this amazing place to anyone! Great educators, great activities, great food, great team leader Elly & just a great place! We always feel welcome as parents and there are ample opportunities to have a chat about our kids. Thank you so much for taking care of our children in such a wonderful way!

My family has just started at Milestones and I couldn't be more happy. Our little boy who use to get so scared at going to day care and use to make himself sick. My Granddaughters are loving it!!!! My 2 beautiful granddaughters attend this Daycare and they absolutely love it!!! I don't know the staff personally because I live in London UK but my daughter (their mum) is always sending me pictures and updates from their time spent there and they are smiling and happy in every single one!! Good experience with the Milestones Sunshine Beach The team lead by Elly at the truly deserves commendation for their good care. Elly’s speedy replies make communication effortless, ensuring parents like myself feel supported and informed every step of the way. Whenever my child needs extra cuddles during drop-offs, Elly annd Christina (room lead) are there with open arms, providing comfort and reassurance. It's heartwarming to witness their genuine care and attentiveness.

Our twin daughters have been attending this daycare for nearly a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the friendly service they provide! The staff are very kind and caring with tonnes of play and activity ideas which they bring out everyday to entice our little ones. Management are ‘on the ball’ and organised. No stone is left unturned and as parents, we feel heard and respected in our decisions and requests. Our children’s needs, likes/dislikes and interests are catered for and we are kept up to date with the development and progress through the Storypark app and regular chats with the educators. The centre itself is modern, clean, welcoming and the toys look well-looked after and new. Nothing broken, old or damaged in sight. Our children love going as the environment is warm, welcoming and makes them feel like they are going from one home to the other. They come home covered in paint, mud and adventure as they participate in so many exciting activities and have a great time! They also love the food which the centre provides and we are regularly told that they go back for seconds! We are very happy with the service and will be very sad when they have to leave one day! Elly and the educators have gone above and beyond to understand our child’s needs and nurture his interests as he adapts to his new environment. My two girls have settled in nicely into their new daycare/ kindy, thanks to the attentive and caring educators. The groups per class are an intimate size, giving the kids plenty of one on one attention. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.
