We’ve been part of the Milestone Moorebank community for the past three years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the very beginning, I can see the staff have treated each other like family, always supportive, caring, and willing to help each other. It’s such a positive environment where you can really feel the teamwork.
The management team, Alicia and Jess, are absolutely amazing, proactive, hands-on, and always friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that both the children and families feel welcomed and supported.
One of the things I love most is the consistency, there have been minimal staff changes over the years, which makes such a difference for the children. All the educators, not just those in my son’s room, know him by name and greet him warmly every day. It makes him feel safe, comfortable, and part of a real community.
A huge thank you to all the educators, because of their care and dedication, my son has not only thrived in his basic academic skills, but his social skills and safety awareness have also improved so much. I also love that each room has an emotional regulation corner where children can explore, learn, and practise managing their emotions in a calm and supportive way.
The educators genuinely care about the children and take pride in what they do. The freshly made meals on-site are another huge plus—healthy, delicious, and made with love.
Milestone Moorebank truly feels like an extended family. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre for my children to grow, learn, and thrive. Highly recommend!

We love Milestones! Our daughter has thrived attending the service and we put complete trust in all the educators. Jess and Alicia are knowledgeable in both pedagogy and policy and always lead their team by example.
I commend them on their open communication, attention to detail and willingness to adapt to change. It is nice that they do not have a high staff turnover and the educators know all the children. This brings me comfort and displays stability and job satisfaction by the staff.
The rooms are thoroughly equipped and I have to say that Miss Tree and Miss Hilde have done an amazing job this year! They have nurtured my daughter and her peers and provided many opportunities for child led learning and experiences.
You will always feel welcomed!

Milestones moorebank is the most amazing centre you could ever send your child to, from the moment we did the walk through i knew we wanted our son to be enrolled there. All staff are fantastic and very welcoming, our son absolutely loves all the staff especially miss Alicia and miss anika. Since he has been enrolled he has totally thrived, every time I pick him up he always looks in the office for miss Alicia and miss jess.

Milestones Moorebank is an exceptional early learning centre, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of their community through Happy Feet Fitness. Every time I visit, I’m welcomed into a space filled with warmth, passion, and genuine care. The educators are not only professional and dedicated, but they also have such a natural connection with the children—it’s clear how much they truly love what they do.

Milestones moorebank is great from the teachers to the play areas and classrooms.
Management is great to deal with and always help whenever they can. The teachers really interact with the children. My kids love all their teachers and ask every day to go to school it's helped them so much with social skills and how fast they learn things.

From the top down, each and every member of the Milestones' team goes above and beyond in providing not only an educational experience but love, care and kindness each and every day. My daughter attends 5 days a week and my mum guilt can hit hard most days. You love my girl, even through these tough toddler times, and she adores you. I know you give her what i can't when i'm at work. You make her heart happy which makes my heart happy. Luckily she's my littlest; i couldn't think of sending my child anywhere else now that she has you.

Milestones moorebank is handsdown the best childcare I have had my children in. I love all the staff and they look after my little one like he was there own I am going to be sad when my son goes to big school and we have to leave all our friends at milestones. 10/10 recommend.

I would give 10 stars if it was possible. My son has some days where he doesn't want to leave mumma, however once he gets there and has a cuddle from one of his educator's, he settles straight down and enjoys the rest of his day. After some friends experiencing some bad situations with their kids at other day cares, I can say I am content with my boy being left in the car of this centre. I am excited to watch him grow and learn more with the next few years.

Thank you for your lovely feedback! We are so glad that we were able to provide a welcoming environment for your children whilst they were enrolled at our centre.
My child is sent home way too often, considering that he only goes there once a week. They also removed us from a waitlist without letting us know. He has been bitten by other kids 3 times, one of which they didn't even bother telling us. They often don't include our son in the activities and sometimes don't even take pictures with him during the day when he is at the childcare. The communication is not very good either. I am not happy with their service.

Our policy states that we do require medical clearance for returning children to ensure everyone's safety.
Additionally, incident reports are carefully documented and communicated to parents. We always encourage if there was a point in time where an incident occurred that our educators were unaware of to bring this to our attention with an email and relevant proof to allow us to assess the situation and ensure correct follow up action.
