We have absolutely loved our time at Milestones Fern Bay. The educators are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children’s growth and happiness. Our son started attending at 11 months old and has thrived, growing more confident and independent every day. We always felt so supported as a family and knew he was in safe, nurturing hands. The only reason we had to move on was due to relocation, otherwise, we would have stayed without hesitation. We highly recommend Milestones Fern Bay to any family looking for a wonderful daycare community. A huge thank you to all the staff for everything you’ve done for our little one.

My two children attend this amazing service and I could be more grateful for the amount of effort that goes towards supporting their development. The staff are amazing, and they truly care for the children and their families. I am always getting up dates about their days which makes me feel so relieved knowing that they are striving through these early years. The director shows such dedication to the service as a whole and always has a positive impact on my children as well as other families. Props to the staff, you guys are truly inspiring.

Our little girl joined the centre whilst they were just transitioning from “Blue bird” to Milestones (rebranding and new management). The continuity within the current staff really reassured me; I knew - and still know - I leave Sophie in the capable hands of people who know her really well, and adore her! Sophie started daycare at 8 weeks which is very young of course, but the centre had everything to accomodate such a little one: a baby gym, soft toys, feeding pillow and more. She’s 2.5 yrs now and still LOVES going there! What I personally love the most about Milestones is the staff. It’s cliché but true: they really are passionate about what they do and it shows in the daily communication with families and in the activities. The educators spend a lot time coming up with really lovely activities and ideas for enrichment and always do detailed handovers. Bonus: the Storypark routine feature & pics so I know what my baby girl does all day :) love it!!

There is nothing better then the smell of a fresh cooked meal as you walk through a service and we are so glad our chef is preparing menu's and meals that meet the nutritional needs of the children.

Fantastic facility, the staff/ educators are amazing with my little girl that’s in the junior nursery.. Bella grace and kimmy are fabulous with her at her best and worst.. highly recommend this day care centre.!

Blue Birds Fern Bay has gone above and beyond for our family, understanding our children to provide education to them and their learning needs, helping us out with casual days to even emotional support when one of our children was in the hospital. The staff even put their hair in a particular style because my daughter wanted them to match her hair and have a matching hair day. There is a lot of care, respect and understanding for parents with this daycare, which has made busy weeks much less stressful knowing our children are being cared for, educated, and provided nutritious food. In an environment, they are happy to go to each week.

I was worried how my daughter would go transitioning to a new centre. Her educators took the time to really engage and build a trusting relationship with her. She is confident to explore and learn through the beautiful and natural environments that the educators take time to setup to really spark curiosity and children are having so much playing they dont realise how much they are learning. It is so wonderful to hear about her exciting day and how much fun she has had and to see how much she has learnt. I highly recommend booking a tour and talking to the team at Bluebird Fern Bay. It is such a beautiful natural and nurturing environment for children to grow, learn and thrive.

All his educators are always incredibly kind, considerate and attentive to his needs. My child has attended Bluebird’s since day one going from a 10 month old baby in explorers to a 3 year old in the creators studio, we are so happy here with all of the staff and the centre. He really has the best time and never wants to leave when we pick him up. All of the Educators are very friendly and welcoming. The new OWNA app is great at communicating all of his daily information and seeing pictures and stories of his day is such a bonus.

My 3 year old and 9 month old started Bluebirds in January 2021, my first experience with a daycare centre and it’s been wonderful. All of the staff are lovely, they’ve had a management changeover that was absolutely seamless, it hasn’t disrupted the kids or parents at all. It’s easy to book casual days, they are always willing to change things around so we don’t miss out. I drop off my 3 year old and he goes straight to Nicky for a cuddle every week, which she is happy to do and I’m so appreciative. I feel at ease taking my kids to Bluebirds!

My 2 1/2 year old had attended bluebirds since it opened when he was 10 months old, I was so nervous about how he would transition into care but the Educators have always acknowledged any concerns I’ve had, upon moving up to the older rooms I have never see my boy so happy! He’s trying new foods, making new friends and I really feel the Educator know my child. They know his interest, fears and what he needs help with. Bacon and egg roll Friday’s and the coffee machine are an added bonus to this amazing centre. 🥰
