Great service , lots of experience , fast response for any problem or question .Just lost Power in recent storm , called them and got response within minutes and was able to restart my generator which didn’t wanted to start because of minor issue .

Thank you for the great review, we work hard to be well educated on Generac generators by going to Generac university and getting certified as Generac generator technicians as well as giving extensive thought into every detail your generator installation will need to result in a perfect automatic operation generator system for our customers, as well as responsiveness to all our customers calls and questions.
The process for getting a generator estimate and its installation was very efficient with Carl Miele and the Miele Electric crew. Carl took the time to explain what our house would need without overselling us (which happened with other electricians). The work was completed efficiently from the installation of generator to the propane tanks to the building inspector’s approval. We are very happy to have chosen Miele electric. We recommend their services and Carl will be our electrician moving forward. We thank his company for their professionalism and expertise.

From the initial contact to evaluation of my home’s electrical set up, discussion on the my requirements and therefore generator size, permitting, installation, final testing and city approvals all handled professionally and smoothly via the Generac dealer Miele Electric Power II LLC.
Had a generac installed. Carl did a great job answering all of my questions and his team works efficiently.
Very good quality! When our relay failed, Carl came right out and did the job for a reasonable price.
So far so good, but with an emergency generator, rubber meets the road when and if there is an issue and the response. However, everything Carl (owner) said he would do on installation and follow through went down just as he said it would. His people could not be nicer to deal with. What made me go with Miele Electric was the number of techs he has on staff. Other companies I priced out and had conversations with had 1-2 tech guys available which is huge when there could be an issue with my generator during a power outage.
Lastly, Miele was the only company of the 4 I entertained that the owner personally was involved from the get go. No leaving messages, getting put to an answering service, having to schedule the initial call weeks in advance, ect. Carl gave me his cell and had a written quote to me next day. As a business owner myself, that is a huge positive.

You will receive the same attentiveness with a call/ text annually when your annual maintenance is due ensuring your generator is in premium condition to start and run during power outages.
Emergency calls during storms, are Pretty much nonexistent with the use of Generac’s Mobile Link Weekly self diagnostic test and our Certified Technician's extensive knowledge of required maintenance and any repair for your Generac generator system.
