Nagyon készséges, nyugodt, mindig és könnyen (pl. WhatsApp) elérhető, ingatlanközvetítőnk, Réka, segített megtalálni az ideális ingatlant, amit kerestünk. Az külön üdítő élmény volt, hogy reális visszajelzést kaptunk az ingatlanokról, nem volt tolakodó ("rátukmálós"), a szerződésmegírást is jó tempóban hajtotta mindkét félnek. Kíváló angol és olasz tudását ismertük meg továbbá, angol szerződésírás nem volt probléma. Angol férjemmel bárkinek szívesen ajánlanánk őt.
Réka, our real estate agent, was exceptionally helpful, calm, and always easy to reach (e.g., via WhatsApp). She helped us find the ideal property we were looking for. It was especially refreshing to receive realistic feedback on each listing, her non-pushy approach, and she handled the contract drafting at a good pace for both parties. We also experienced her excellent English and Italian—preparing the contract in English was no problem. My English husband and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone.

Maximálisan meg voltam elégedve a Metropolitan Homes Budapest munkájával. Egy külföldi személynek segítettek eladni az ingatlant (aki egyébként nagyon problémás idős ember volt), amit végül én vettem meg. Türelmük és segítőkészségüknek köszönhetően most én elégedett vásárló vagyok és az eladó is nagyon boldog eladó. Nem csak az eladóra figyelt, de engem is támogatott mindenben (pedig a vevő fizette őket). Csak ajánlani tudom a munkájukat!

We are very happy with the apartment we found on Metropolitan Homes Budapest. It is located in the Castle District, the jewel box of Budapest. Our agent, Lili Pankotai assured us that the apartment is newly renovated and equipped with brand new appliances. Lili went out of her way to make the rental process easy even as we were arranging for it from abroad.
Lili has been amazing with us! She went through all the trouble of finding the perfect place for us to move to Budapest. She spontaneously offered many services and she’s always been available.
As foreigners, Lili’s English skills and local knowledge were strongly valuable to us.
She’s lovely and reliable. I would 100% recommend her. Thanks again to the whole Metropolitan Homes crew!
