We used Mexvacay’s services for a destination wedding and they were so great to work with! We were picked up in a spacious vehicle (8 of us including luggage) where we were greeted with ice cold water and beer. Our driver was so friendly and taught our first time visitors all about the amazing city of Puerto Vallarta. I will definitely be utilizing them in the future.

Alejandro and his team with MexVacay were amazing when we vacationed in Puerto Vallarta! They picked my family up at the airport and took us to our resort and then they also took us back to the airport after our trip was over. We will definitely be calling him again when we come back! Everyone was so nice and very professional!

Alejandro and the entire MexVacay team were incredible during our trip to Puerto Vallarta. My wife and I got married at the Garza Blanca this March and we had around 40 guests fly in from all over the United States, so we were in search for a dependable transportation company to take everyone to and from the airport. Luckily for us, our incredible wedding coordinator recommended Alejandro and his team for us to utilize. I cannot recommend this transportation service enough. Not only was Alejandro and his team dependable and professional, but they also went out of their way to make the trip fun and memorable. Alejandro always arrived on time and often with refreshing beverages for the commute to and from the resort (around 30-40 minutes). Alejandro was incredibly friendly and made the trip feel like a short, fun tour to learn about Puerto Vallarta and highlight all of the best places to visit and things to do, he even stopped in the downtown area at the request of my friends to find the best birria tacos (he didn't disappoint!). He was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and always kept me in the loop when he would pick up my friends and family. If you are in the Puerto Vallarta area and need transportation or want to go on an excursion, you should absolutely reach out to Alejandro and the MexVacay team to make your trip easy, fun, and memorable.

I'm from Toronto, Canada and visited Puerto Vallarta to attend a wedding. We booked Mexvacay for our transportation from the airport to our resort in Punta Mita and also the return.
Alejandro kept me updated, informing me his whereabouts.
Alejandro waited for us patiently outside and he has this big smile on his face as soon as I approached him and introduced myself and my Mom. A simple gesture of giving us bottled water inside the car was a A++. Alejandro has this welcoming aura and we feel safe right away.
We talked a little bit about Puerto Vallarta, places to go and visit, restaurants, etc.
It was an amazing experience, customer service was outstanding and very pleased with the service they provided.
Constant communication with your client is a must and Mexvacay did that excellently. We will for sure use their other services next time we'll come back to Puerto Vallarta.

We rented a catamaran through Mexvacay, and the day before our rental, they informed us that the boat had a malfunction. They handled it so professionally and arranged a bigger boat for us at no extra cost! The whole experience was seamless, and we had an amazing time on the water. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely rent with them again in the future

We used Mexvacay numerous times during our recent trip to Vallarta and Nayarit for airport transfers, transportation to and from our dinner and transfer to and from our stays in Sayulita. Airport pickup was seamless and stress free, Alejandro sent us all necessary information ahead of time, exactly how to navigate the airport exit, where to meet them, his contact # if needed, and what the sign would look like for us to find our driver as well as our drivers name and he was there personally to introduce himself and our driver. Juan Jose and Sandra were responsible and friendly drivers and very open in answering all our questions about the area and offering relevant recommendations and their vehicles were immaculate! We will absolutely be using the company again when we return in May for my wedding and recommending it to our guests for any of their transfer needs!
