Matt, Luke and the team at Melt Design did a masterful job of redesigning and porting a membership website with three membership levels and three years worth of content. Not only is the design superb, but the members love how accessible everything is. The output has been perfect, but the service, if anything, even better. I've had my business for over 13 years and have dealt with several wordpress developers and website companies over that time. I generally associate everything website-related as quite stressful/painful/annoying, but I have to say that this hasn't been the case with Melt. They're a really nice team to deal with, are patient and kind with non-tecchies like me and are quick and efficient with any queries we have. Melt Design did a FABULOUS job on our new website! They designed and implemented our site for us on a very short timeline, due to a promotion we were going to run. It only took one round of feedback for them to "get" our design style, which is unusual because we're very picky about look and feel. And their implementation was perfect. It's really hard to find good designers (we have been through four or five different design firms in the quest for the perfect one), but they're FANTASTIC. Two thumbs up!

Matt at Melt Design takes time to understand the needs of his client. Nothing was too much trouble during the design of our site. We had multiple video meetings and it was clear to us that Matt wanted to ensure that we got the site 'we' wanted. This is not always the way with web designers. Since our new site went live we have benefited from the monthly support package which gives peace of mind. When I needed to know how to pull a report from Woocommerce one of Matt's team even made me a Loom video to show me. As a non techy person that was invaluable. Happy to recommend Melt Design to any business owner. Wishing them all the very best for the future.

This was a long overdue project that we had been putting off because of all the usual pitfalls of not knowing whether we would end up paying thousands for an underwhelming site (it wouldn't have been the first time). Melt Design told us exactly what they could do, how long it would take and what it would cost.... and they only went and delivered!! We've dealt with hundreds of suppliers over the years and this is one of the rare occasions where you find a brilliant company that does exactly what they say they will do. Best Tech Company I've Worked With! If you're looking for peace of mind, look no further. The entire team at Melt Design was extremely "all hands-on-deck" since the very beginning. They immediately set up a call with me to get a clearer understanding of my business (which is an online membership site), they implemented clear systems for communication and task To-Do lists, and always went above and beyond executing the things I needed help with. They continued to check in regularly until we both felt like we were in a solid groove with my website needs. I cannot recommend this company enough. Not only are they responsive, they are thorough, attentive to detail, experienced, and can give you a realistic outlook on how much time certain projects will take for you to make strategic prioritizations in your business.
