Melt Design LTD Reviews

We’ve had a great experience working with Matt at Melt Design. From the start, it was obvious how knowledgeable he is about SEO, web design, and digital marketing, but what really stood out was how easy he made everything to understand. He’s always happy to answer questions and give helpful advice, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping businesses grow online. Matt and his team rebuilt our main website, and the difference has been amazing. The new site looks much more modern and professional, and it performs far better too. Since the relaunch, we’ve already noticed an increase in enquiries. As well as improving our main website, Matt also helped us launch a brand new ecommerce website. The whole process was smooth and well organised from start to finish, including the planning, design and optimisation. What could have been a stressful project felt really straightforward thanks to Matt and his team. Throughout everything, Matt and the Melt Design team have been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Communication has always been great, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. We’re really happy with the results and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

We’ve had a great experience working with Melt Design on the revamp of our Business Ready website at UWSP. The team delivered an on brand website which is easy to navigate and user friendly. They also introduced new features that will help us promote our services in the best possible way. Matt and his team were professional, collaborative, and clearly understood our goals throughout the project. We’re delighted with the final result and would highly recommend them.

Thanks so much for the kind words and for trusting Melt Creative with the Business Ready website revamp for UWSP. It was a real pleasure working with your team. We are glad to hear the new site feels on brand, easy to navigate and genuinely user friendly, as that is always the goal of a well planned website redesign. Introducing features that support service promotion, conversion and long term growth is a big part of how we approach strategic web design. Thanks again for the recommendation and for being such a collaborative client. We are proud of the final result and look forward to supporting you as the website continues to evolve.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the SEO services provided. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional, and focused on delivering real results. Within just a short period of time, we started seeing noticeable improvements in our search rankings, website traffic, and overall online visibility. The team at Melt clearly knows what they’re doing — their strategy was tailored to our business, and they took the time to explain each step so we always felt confident in the process. The results speak for themselves: higher-quality leads, stronger engagement, and a huge boost in organic performance. If you’re looking for reliable, effective SEO services that genuinely deliver what they promise, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service and outstanding results.

Spam marketing is not an appropriate strategy. Received 5 back to back emails in 2 minutes without ever being in contact with the company. Signed me up to a mailing list without my permission, again having never been in contact with the company.

Melt have been managing our website and SEO for several months now. The ease and speed with which requested changes are made to our site is really impressive. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from the team at Melt since we moved our website to them. Matt redesigned the website to make it easier to manage and is regularly coming up with suggestions to make it perform better. They are all super helpful and great to deal with. Any changes are implemented straight away with no bother - it's a breath of fresh air working with them! :-)

Matt, Luke and the team at Melt Design did a masterful job of redesigning and porting a membership website with three membership levels and three years worth of content. Not only is the design superb, but the members love how accessible everything is. The output has been perfect, but the service, if anything, even better. Every question we asked along the way was answered quickly and efficiently. Literally nothing has been too much work or effort for these guys. I'm so glad we chose Melt for this project - I imagine it'll be the first of many. Thanks to Matt and the team for a fantastic job!

I've had my business for over 13 years and have dealt with several wordpress developers and website companies over that time. I generally associate everything website-related as quite stressful/painful/annoying, but I have to say that this hasn't been the case with Melt. They're a really nice team to deal with, are patient and kind with non-tecchies like me and are quick and efficient with any queries we have. Definitely pleased that we decided to switch to Melt and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you Matt, Luke, Jessa & team!

Melt Design did a FABULOUS job on our new website! They designed and implemented our site for us on a very short timeline, due to a promotion we were going to run. It only took one round of feedback for them to "get" our design style, which is unusual because we're very picky about look and feel. And their implementation was perfect. It's really hard to find good designers (we have been through four or five different design firms in the quest for the perfect one), but they're FANTASTIC. Two thumbs up!

Hi, Adam thanks for the review. Sorry to hear that you had a negative experience engaging with our team to see if we could help you with your project. If you would be kind enough to message me your number, I'll be happy to call you. Unfortunately, after discussing this with the team, we're not 100% sure who you are based on your first name and profile.

Matt at Melt Design takes time to understand the needs of his client. Nothing was too much trouble during the design of our site. We had multiple video meetings and it was clear to us that Matt wanted to ensure that we got the site 'we' wanted. This is not always the way with web designers. Since our new site went live we have benefited from the monthly support package which gives peace of mind. When I needed to know how to pull a report from Woocommerce one of Matt's team even made me a Loom video to show me. As a non techy person that was invaluable. Happy to recommend Melt Design to any business owner. Wishing them all the very best for the future.
