I contacted M. Cruz Construction to have a wall in my kitchen repaired that had been damaged by a leaky window. When the wall was assessed, the owner decided to look at the roof. He discovered that there were cracks along the roof that caused the water damage. Therefore, cracks in the roof were sealed and the wall in the kitchen was repaired. In addition, the entire kitchen was painted. Furthermore, awnings in the back of the house were painted as well as all windowsills. The workers were respectful and completed repairs in an efficient manner. I will consider them again for future repairs at my home.

I am extremely happy with the work M Cruz Construction did in my house. my house was in desperate need of waterproofing and remodeling. M Cruz did the waterproofing outside the house at a very affordable price and since then, there have been no more water coming inside the house. They also repaired the walls and ceiling that were damage due to the water coming inside the house. They did the work in amount of time that was promised. They were very professional and constant supervision was done to ensure the workers were doing their job. I highly recommend this company for any house repair.

We’ve had many contractors, and the results would always be the same “inferior workmanship”. Mr. Cruz is quite the opposite. You get top notch workmanship and a job completed in record time. He has completely removed replaced our front steps. Replaced sidewalk and cleared the violation, pointed and waterproofed the bricks on the house, installed a complete new roof.

I highly recommend M Cruz construction and the company's owner, Sam. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and Sam's professionalism. Recently, I was having an issue with water coming in when it rained. Sam diagnosed and resolved the issue completely. He responded promptly to my message and showed up for our appointment as scheduled. He and his team completed the work the same day. Also, I would like to mention that they did some work for me a few years ago and I was very pleased with that as well. I plan to call him again in the future when I need additional work to be done on my house.
