Dan has been absolutely fantastic for me as a first time buyer from the very start.
He was recommended to me by a friend and I can definitely see why- communication has been very clear, always helpful and as a novice to home buying it’s made the process much less stressful.
We have had multiple properties and options to look through but hopefully we see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Update: unfortunately my first purchase fell through and I cannot thank Dan enough for the efforts he has put into securing me a higher value mortgage offer at reduced rates within a really short turn around when I found a new property to purchase. I could not recommend using Dan/McGregor Ross more!

Dan has been superb from the start, approachable and accessible and never pressurising he has been extremely patient with all my questions and understands the issues faced by first time buyers well. He explains everything clearly and concisely and in a way that makes sense without missing out the important parts. I have dealt with Dan since me and my husband purchased our first property in 2018. He has always been very helpful and informative from the first mortgage, to the renewal and now on to the second mortgage. I highly recommend Dan as he is very knowledgeable, easy to speak to, as he will speak to you like a human and not a statistic using jargen no one understands and everything has always been done as and when said.
