This is the second time we have used Mike’s and both times have been a pleasure. They give you tips and tricks on how to go that day and are always ready when you arrive. Customer service is top notch. We had a group of 11 and everyone was pleased. Will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend others to do so as well!!!

Highly recommended. Mike’s a great guy with lots of knowledge of the surrounding area and it’s wild life. We went on a guided tour with him and he led us to manatees, and a waterway surrounded by mangroves. Also, the 2.5 hour tour was a breeze thanks to the peddle kayaks.

Great bday present It was an amazing trip! We went out with Buzz and had a great time. Enjoyed the beach and looking at the shells. The water was nice and calm at 8:30. We didn’t see any manatees but saw some birds and and iguana :)Honestly for us it was kayaking thru the mangroves. Awesome experience and loved hanging out with JJ

Wildlife, Kayaking & One Epic Manatee – Unforgettable Tour with Mike! We headed out on a 2.5-hour kayak tour with Mike’s Coastal Expeditions, and WOW—what an experience.Mike was incredibly kind, respectful, and so knowledgeable. He made the whole trip feel like an adventure and a nature documentary rolled into one. As we paddled through Big Hickory Pass, with stunning views of Fort Myers and Estero Bay, we learned so much about the area and its wildlife.Along the way, we saw dolphins, spoonbills, egrets, and an unbelievable amount of coastal wildlife. The highlight? A massive manatee swam right next to us! Even Mike was hyped, saying it was a giant. 🐋💦We also stopped at a hidden beach to snap some photos and soak in the moment. Peaceful, adventurous, awe-inspiring—this tour had it all.Totally worth your time—and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Mike, for the perfect send-off to our Florida trip!

My son and I were staying in Bonita this past weekend and were looking for something different to do. I came across Mike’s page and boy are we glad!! He was soooo nice and so welcoming when we arrived. His kayaks were Hobie pedal kayaks, and my back, shoulders and arms are so grateful! It was easy on my legs and knees (I’m in my early 50’s), and the gear was clean, in great shape and very organized. Buzz and his pal, JJ the wonder pup, led our excursion. He was beyond knowledgeable about the sea life, birds, local points of interest and all things Florida. He had a cooler with waters and even took photos of everyone so we didn’t risk losing our phones. We saw lots of manatees, dolphins, ospreys and other wildlife. We even got to stop at a beautiful sandy beach for a swim and relaxation. It was heavenly! I highly recommend Mike, Buzz, and (of course) JJ for all your south Florida kayak excursions.

Mike does it right! Starting with an easy sign up process. We elected to take the guided tour. As a local, his knowledge of the area's history and wildlife was impressive. We saw rare wildlife and had an easy and relaxing trip through the mangroves. Our grade school children and older parents made it without difficulty. Give Mike a try!
