I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional service provided by, Josh, Will, Julian, and John S (Johnnie) with Master Restorations following Hurricane Isaias
Dealing with hurricane damage to your home is incredibly stressful and overwhelming, but this team truly went above and beyond to make a difficult situation so much easier.
My home is two stories, so tarping it after the storm was no small task.These gentlemen demonstrated outstanding professionalism, communication, dedication, and attention to detail. They worked hard to ensure my home was properly protected, and most importantly, they made me feel like my home was their priority.
What impressed me most was that their commitment didn’t stop when the job was finished. They followed up with me multiple times to ensure everything was secure and that I was completely satisfied. That level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about their character and work ethic.
They didn’t just show up to complete a job. They showed up for a homeowner during a very difficult time.Their genuine concern, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile gave me much needed peace of mind.

Wow, what can I say? I am amazed. This company was referred to me by my insurance company after Hurricane
Iasisa hit Pensacola Florida. They called me, explained who they were and would help me for a tree removal as early as the next day. I did not even need to be present. I came home the next day and the tree was gone. I would highly recommend this very reliable.company.

During the most recent hurricane, we had a tree from the neighbor's yard uprooted and the branches were on the roof of our house.
Master restoration was assigned to our claim from our home insurance company Will (Master Restoration)called the same day got some details and proceeded from there.
The team that Master restoration sent out went above and beyond what we needed done, not only did they get the tree off of the house they inspected the roof to make sure there was no serious damage and picked up all the brush piles and placed it on the side of the street the crew worked until well in the dark to make sure that the job was done safely and correctly thank you Master Restoration for all your hard work and the quick response to our needs.

Will and his team were great!! Sent to us by our insurance company to remove a tree on our fence and shed. Very pleased with their work!

Matt and Josh were fast and efficient dealing with a nightmare scenario. They coordinated the job with an AC company and had our mold gone within the timeframe they initially pitched. Very responsive and reasonably priced.

Josh & Matt came, saw and conquered my Properties water damage and mold problem, they took before, during and after photos (attached) and did a wonderful job. I just wish they could have repaired the problem for the price as well, but over all They did a great job very professional and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these fellas, and this company,
