Was visiting town for the week on vacation and thought I’d get a roll in. They welcomed me with open arms. Seemed very nice clean and professional and as a bonus they were working some moves I had not tried before so that was a nice added bonus. Will definitely go back next time I’m in town.

Great spot, the begginer class is basic enough to catch on fast but also builds the foundation for more advanced classes. All the people there are very friendly and welcoming and lots of clean mat space....LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

The director allowed another child to swear at mine after the child sprained my kids ankle, then kicked mine from the area because he was screaming in pain. I asked politely for him to address the class about polite language and my son was kicked out. All of this could have been avoided if the director had communicated with me. Instead he told me not to come back. Very unprofessional. Very ableist towards autistic students. Do not recommend. It is not the place if your child is autistic. I tried to be reasonable with the owner and find a solution where we talk to the class or we have 1:1 sessions and he was not willing to negotiate. My son left that place with a sprained ankle and a broken heart. I have filed a complaint with inclusion BC where you can view my story.

Awesome gym in Kelowna! After moving here from Vancouver, I was searching for a new gym with a high-level, competitive atmosphere. This place delivers! The instructors are knowledgeable, and there's a great focus on drilling techniques and live rolls. I feel challenged and supported every time I train. Highly recommend!

I was in town for work, I just showed up and ask if I could join the class, and without hesitation, coach Sterling gave me a warm welcome. Although he knew I was only there for 1 class, he made sure I got the techniques right and made me feel like a full time member. Exactly the kind of environment you want to progress in your training.

I went to New Level Grappling while I was travelling past Kelowna. It’s a top notch grappling club with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I instantly felt welcomed and had a lot of fun training. The contact was also very easy. I would recommend every grappler to train there :). I hope I‘ ll return soon for some rounds.

Sterling, Andrei, and Dan have been in the game for a long time. Their passion and knowledge come through every class. They’ve developed a unique culture that nurtures and challenges people of all ages and all levels.
I’ve trained with them for years. My kids are better than me at this, because of them.

Dropped in on a Canada Day long weekend Saturday. Full mats, lots of smiles and great JJ. 30 mins or so of positional warm ups, then drilling and then rounds. Was a cool bunch of guys and gals, everyone smiling and having fun. Great facility, clean, open, well ventilated. Great work and thanks Sterling!

Excellent coaching and lots of awesome people. I started about a year ago and everyone was really welcoming and patient. I very highly recommend. From what I have heard, the coaching is some of the best in town, though I have only heard that through others as this was the only gym I tried out
