Meine Mama und ich haben ein Auto von MarHire in Tanger gemietet. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr gut! Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Sie bringen das Auto hin wo man will, was echt super praktisch war und sie holen es auch wieder ab! Ich konnte sogar die Zeit und den Ort nochmal ändern! Vorab hat man eine Email mit alle wichtigen Informationen bekommen. Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne für den reibungslosen Ablauf.

We had a brilliant experience with Marhire from start to finish! We booked our car online on Wednesday for collection at noon on Friday, and completed the booking process through WhatsApp, which was quick and straightforward.
The communication was excellent throughout. Every question we had was answered very quickly and in a highly professional and friendly manner, making the whole process completely stress-free.
As the car we originally booked had some minor issues, Marhire contacted us in advance to let us know they were upgrading us to a Hyundai Tucson. What a fantastic surprise! The car was absolutely spotless, amazing to drive, and practically brand new, with only a few hundred kilometres on the clock.
It's not often you come across a company that combines such excellent customer service, clear communication, and a great-quality vehicle.
I would highly recommend Marhire to anyone travelling to Morocco and looking to hire a car. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely use them again! 🚗🇲🇦

We rented a car for a week in September. Pick up in Fes and drop off in Marrakesh for a one way fee of 130 euro. Customer service was excellent. Car dropped off at the Riad in Fes and picked up at a car park near our Riad in Marrakesh. Someone was always available to answer any questions or queries.
No credit card needed to book.
Overall great experience,reasonable prices and no hidden fees.
We would highly recommend renting a car with Marhire.

Actually, a great car experience. They gave me a new car entirely and showed me where I should park and where I shouldn't. I liked that they deliver the car where you are staying, so you don't have to deal with that. They were always available through WhatsApp. So I really recommend these people!!

We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we believe this review does not fairly reflect what actually happened.
Three days before your scheduled return, while you were driving the rental car, you stopped at a gas station to refuel. Unfortunately, the gas station staff mistakenly filled your diesel vehicle with petrol, causing the car to break down on the road.
This incident was entirely outside our control and occurred while the vehicle was in your possession. Normally, the renter is responsible for resolving such incidents and any resulting damage.
However, instead of leaving you to handle the situation alone, our team spent approximately four hours negotiating with the gas station owner until they agreed to take responsibility for the damage. We also arranged a replacement vehicle so you could continue your trip.
We completely understand your frustration, but our team did everything possible to help you in a situation we did not cause.
We genuinely believe that a one-star review is unfair considering the support and efforts we provided. The mistake was made by the gas station, not MarHire, and we went above and beyond our responsibilities to assist you.
We would appreciate it if you reconsidered your review based on the service we actually provided.

Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Service! Ich habe das Auto online gebucht und eine Stunde später wurde es direkt an mein Hotel geliefert. Eine Kaution musste ich nicht zahlen, und die Rückgabe war sogar am Flughafen möglich – ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We rented a car in Marrakech and were extremely happy with everything. The car was clean, comfortable and in perfect condition. The team MarHire was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful and trustworthy, and communication was excellent.

Wery good company for renting. I was a bit sceptikal with renting car in Morocco. But this one gad really good reviews. They got the car for me and were availavke on whatsapp support all the time. If you don t want to risk it. Pay a bit more and rent with this company :)
