This firm did a very good painting project on my office property. The building is a converted row house with an elaborate pressed metal cornice. Wood windows, doors and frames were also included. Everything was carefully prepared and sanded, and the paint layers carefully applied. A very fine job!

We had several windows with severely damaged wood. They were able to fix them and the whole exterior of the house , including a 40 foot front porch was beautifully painted. I couldn’t have asked for a better job!

We just finished our second job with FR, and it was as outstanding as the first! This job was bigger - our house has wooden frames and sills, and we asked FR/Sebastian to sand/paint the windows on 3 sides (we did the first side before). We have only lived in the house 4+ years, so we didn't know any history of when that was last done, but at least one of the frames had decayed. Sebastian said as they worked on windows they would expose if there was more decay - out of all the windows, 5 needed some level of frame patch/repair/replacement.
The work was excellent and very high quality. The painting made the frames look brand new. The 5 windows with some decay look wonderful now. The whole FR crew were hard workers and meticulous about their work.
Sebastian really knows his trade - he knew that only certain types of caulk would prevent water getting into the house, for example. They always use the proper materials, and they matched the existing window fram paint perfectly. The crew left the job site areas looking perfectly clean after day 1.
Communication of project status, timeliness, and staying on schedule were perfect. We were very pleased with the success of the project, and we couldn't recommend them more highly!

Sebastian and his crew are amazing. This spring, they worked on two separate projects, interior and exterior, both of which required repair and replacement and painting. The team was punctual, courteous and very respectful of our home. The finished product is exceptional. Sebastian is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive and accommodating. The contracting process is very well organized. There is If any unforeseen issues are uncovered during the job, there is prompt communication with the homeowner and discussion about how to proceed. Sebastian and his crew exceeded every expectation. We had Luis and Hugo in our kitchen for five days - they were on time every morning, and were thorough and very respectful of our space and everything in it. Kitchens can be very tricky to repaint, but their attention to detail was unparalleled and we absolutely could not be happier with their efforts and the finished results. Sebastian was incredibly easy to work with and one of the nicest contractors we've used. We highly recommend this company!

Where should I begin? Sebastian is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. His estimate was prompt and fair. He was responsive and flexible with this homeowner, who was so thrilled with the outcome that I kept adding to the scope.
Fidel did a beautiful job painting our window trim, garage door, exterior doors and house entry/portico. He was punctual, extremely neat and frankly a miracle worker. We have a different house and absolutely love it!

Outstanding contractor and crew. Exterior cleaning, paint prep, some minor siding repairs and exterior painting and caulking.
