I pre-booked here but waited one hour when I arrived. They apologized properly and offered 20% off. My manicure still took more than four hours. I sat here almost all day — that’s enough time for an international flight. The nail technician is skilled, so go only if you have lots of free time, 4hours!!!!!!! they are extremely slow. Confirm your booking repeatedly. Other guests also waited for a long time, as staff didn’t seem to track reservations well. Not ideal.
