We used Clay for a whole house remodel and are very pleased with the process and the outcome. Clay is very responsive and communicates multiple times daily as needed. He has a good eye for design. His crew is respectful, hard working, highly skilled and professional. We saw the same guys on site every day. We had no concerns about safety related to the crew. Clay has also vetted his subcontractors well and they all bring the same level of professionalism to the project and desire to do the job right. Given the scope of the project, we expected hiccups whether mistakes or us changing our mind--all of which were taken care of to our satisfaction. Clay and his team take it all in stride. It's important to note we moved out of our house and into a rental to avoid living in a construction zone. Clay kept the project on schedule and we were able to move back in by the deadline with fully functioning kitchen and bathrooms. We had about another month or so of working through the punch list. We would hire Clay again for future projects.
