We have a good experience working with The Heritage Law Center to create our family trust and will. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I like working specifically with attorney Matt Karr. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes time to explain everything, answer all of our questions promptly, and give us sound legal advice pertaining to our Estate Planning.

The Heritage Law Center has setup two irrevocabile Trusts for me over the past decade. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of legal services. Matt Karr handled both Trusts with competence and professionalism. He listened to what I wanted done, understood it perfectly, and set it up without comment or opinion, unless asked. Any changes I needed to make, during the years, were handled quickly as well. Any communications via email or phone were handled in a timely fashion, and any question answered clearly by either Matt himself or a member of his staff. All work was done as requested and quickly. Impeccable customer service, in all forms. I would not go anywhere else.

Attorney Matthew Karr at Heritage Law Center handled our wills and trust, and he was exactly what you want in an estate planning attorney. Always quick to respond, deeply knowledgeable, and patient with the difficult questions that come with this kind of planning. What stood out most was how he handled the harder conversations. He gave us room to work through it at our own pace and never rushed us toward a decision. He explained the difference between a will and a trust in plain English, raised a couple of issues we hadn't thought to ask about, and then actually listened when we said what mattered to us most. The documents were drafted on the timeline we were promised and read exactly the way we'd discussed. He very promptly assisted us with any follow-up issues that arose. We finally feel like our family is protected. We highly recommend him for any work related to Estate Planning

We had a very pleasant and good experience with Heritage Law Center for our Estate Planning needs. Their website is very good as are their reviews. They are very responsive. The fees are reasonable and flat fee and spelled our clearly and early. They are very open to as many emails or calls or visits etc as you need. We had a good initial discovery call with Allison Wasko Dir of Client Engagement and then in seeking more insight into estate tax planning details she was more than happy to setup a call with Founder and Attorney Matthew Karr who was GREAT!
