Magnolia Home Remodeling Group has done two major projects for us, and both experiences were excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with at every stage of the process.
For the first project, they completely transformed the exterior of our home with a beautiful board and batten style design and rebuilt our patio deck. The attention to detail, quality of materials, and craftsmanship on the siding and deck made a huge difference in our homeâs curb appeal and outdoor living space.
We were so happy with the results that we brought them back to renovate our unfinished basement, including building a new bathroom and laundry room. The basement project was handled just as smoothly clear communication, thoughtful design, and a clean, organized job site throughout. The finished space feels like a natural extension of our home and has added a lot of usable square footage and value.
From the initial consultation through the final walkthrough, Magnoliaâs team was communicative, on schedule, and committed to making sure we were satisfied with every detail. We gutted two bathrooms and redid our roof with Magnolia. They were extremely thorough, very transparent pricing, great communication and feedback. Highly recommend! They did a beautiful job, and all the vendors we worked with through them had wonderful things to say about them and the quality of their work. Every team member was so kind and so professional.
Canât say enough great things about Magnolia. They handled our large project and lots of little projects along the way that massively improved our home. I was always kept up to date, given sound advice and spoken to immediately when I reached out. You know they care about the quality of their work and it shows. Would recommend and hire again!
I hired Magnolia after several years of saving and researching for my home renovation. I own an old Victorian and from all of the postings it did not seem like a 'typical' Magnolia project. I was also concerned about cost, as they were clearly a higher end company. Well, I can honestly say they are worth every penny. My project planner paid attention to my vision and offered excellent suggestions. The project manager and Chris, one of the owners, worked closely with me on every aspect - from materials, to design and importantly working with the inevitable unexpected findings that had to be delt with. Their subcontractors were of high quality and when something came out that was not to my standard, worked closely (with Chris) to make changes. While expensive, they were cost conscious and very fair in the extra costs as well credits for my out of pocket expenses I can't say enough about the company - excellent quality, customer service and highly ethical.
Vic and his tram did a great job on my updated laundry room. Their vendors were well coordinated and easy to use and Ed was amazing as my onsite contractor- he noticed and addressed the finer details. Project management and communication were well organized and timely. The room is completely transformed and we love it!

Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is excellent! Chris and his team of professionals renovated the exterior of our home including roof, gutters, siding, retaining wall, front and side stairs and windows. Fantastic second experience with Magnolia. We had to completely re-do the driveway with the addition of Belgian Bloc. I had the same team as last time so we were very familiar with each other and everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't recommend Magnolia highly enough for your home renovation projects. They get the job done!!!
This was our second round of projects with Magnolia. I called Magnolia in March inquiring about a bathroom remodel. My biggest caveat was that I was 6 months pregnant, so was hoping the job could be done my May. Similar to our first round of projects, the entire Magnolia team did everything they could to make that happen. From our initial meetings with Will, Chris and Casey to our final walk through, Magnolia made the entire process seamless. When we hit a few bumps, they worked to quickly rectify them. They make you feel like youâre their only project and that you have their undivided attention. I continue to rave about Magnolia to family and friends and would strongly recommend them to anyone!
This company is the best in the business! I selected Magnolia from a bunch of other contractors for my kitchen and bathrooms renovation after doing a careful research. The nightmare of dealing with shady contractors is something I donât want to deal with. Magnolia doesnât come cheap but I wanted quality and white glove service and they did exactly that. Everyone involved in the project were so professional and accommodating to our needs. The workmanship of their crew were top notch. Magnolia were on top of any problems that came up. One of the owners, Vic Fiore, will often visit and made sure everything were being done right. My wife and I are very pleased with the end results and very happy with our new kitchen and bathrooms. We worked with Magnolia to have our home resided, install new front structural columns and remove a structural column that was in the middle of our deck. We were impressed from the start when the whole team came to review the scope of the work and walk through the project. Once the materials arrived, magnolia made sure each trade was lined up appropriately (framers, masons, gutter and siding crews). Each crew worked professiknally and the property was left clean each evening. We recommended Magnolia to friends and neighbors as they were impressed with the work. We see Magnolia as a trusted contractor for future projects.
