There are so many wonderful aspects about living in the south, but not the amount of bugs we have. I couldn't imagine using anyone other than Joey and Magic City Pest Control. They know everything scientifically necessary about every pest and rodent and the best family-friendly methods to remove them from your homes and businesses. Trust the ones who know the most.

The man came in my apartment. He didn’t announce anything. I was in the bathroom. It’s very dangerous for a strange man to enter a home. Unprofessional!!!

If you live in an apartment complex that is one of our clients, please know that we take feedback very seriously, and would like this to be addressed with the property management team. We are only allowed to enter the units that the property management gives us permission to enter. We certainly did not mean to startle you, nor do we allow our technicians to enter without knocking and announcing themselves. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about why and how my home had German roaches. He treated every part and told me why and how they got in my house. Each time he came he asked me how many have I seen and where. He is a very polite, respectful and personal. He has a great customer service personality.

Marquez was absolutely wonderful!! I noticed a bald face hornets nest last night, and was able to get a response from Magic City Pest control right away and had Marquez come out first thing in the morning. Was able to come up with a long-term plan for all pest in and out of my home as well as removing the massive hornets nest. I can’t recommend them enough. Affordable, attentive and knowledgeable!

This guy looks like farmer john.He comes in your home and 3 squirts and he leaves.No chemical smell at all not using nothing but water.Do not use this Company period!!
Hi Roger, I'd like to take a moment to shed some light on this situation. First, I don't see your name in our customer base, so I cannot verify that you are a customer that is paying for services. Second, I see that you've left a google review for a property management company that is a customer of ours, which means we are performing services based on our agreement with said company. Third, our products are designed to NOT leave an odor, since the majority of people do not want to smell something in their home after we've been there. We would love to know if you've actually had pest issues in your home, as a recurring unresolved issue would be more of an accurate reflection on the efficacy of our services. They do an excellent job. For five years, we have had few pest issues. They're responsive and have sent someone out right away at no extra cost the two or three times we've thought we have had a few more bugs than we should. So nice too!
