Fun, exhilarating and educational
We did the Rodney Bay segway tour with Shak as our tour guide. It was a really great excursion, better than we anticipated. The tour was just my husband and I, so very personal. We had time to learn the basics and test ride the segways before venturing out around the bay. (Surprisingly easy to use.) Shak was fab and stopped off regularly along the way to tell us little bits of history, so not only was it a fun and exhilarating experience, but educational too. Shak kindly took photos of us, as well as taking us to an off road part to really let rip and trial the segway speeds. When we arrived back to the store, we were given some water and snacks and the girl behind the counter (Kaylei - we share the same name!) was so friendly and called our driver to make sure we were picked up. There is a little bar next door to wait and get cold drinks too. Payment could be made by card, XCD and US dollars. All in all, great excursion and we highly recommend.

Best Excursion in St. Lucia—Highly Recommend!
We tried the Segway excursion for the first time and absolutely loved it! Our tour guide, Thomas, was incredible—he walked us through all the safety basics, and in no time my spouse and I were off, feeling like two kids on bikes again… “look, Mom—no hands!” Out of our entire trip to St. Lucia, this excursion was the highlight. We’re still talking about it and already looking forward to going back just to do another Segway adventure with Thomas. Truly an 11/10 experience—we laughed the entire time and would absolutely do it again!

Fun afternoon out on Segway’s
We had a brilliant time on the Segway’s, was a great way to see some of Rodney bay, the two guys that took us were brilliant, fun and professional! Jermain’s humour was a great addition to the trip, they supplied us with water and banana chip which was nice, we would definitely recommend to others!

We were cheated out of our tour
All of the materials we received said the departure time was 2:00 pm. We showed up at 1:40 pm and the driver said the pickup time was 1:30 pm. The other couple we had booked with showed up at 1:50 pm, but the driver had already left. He told us it was a half-hour drive to where the tour started, but that was not revealed in any information we had received. So, we paid for the tour, but we're not allowed to take it. It is possible they made a last minute hanger to the pick up, but we did not receive it on our cruise ship. We want a refund, but the company has not responded to us. Terrible experience!

As noted in our materials, transportation to the tour site is required, and guests are advised to be ready at the designated pickup time to ensure timely arrival.On the day in question, our driver arrived at the scheduled pickup point at the appropriate time and waited for the allotted grace period. Unfortunately, you were present and seated on the bus and got OFF as your friends were late, you were aware of other couple who was on the bus and in order to avoid delays impacting other participants, the tour proceeded as scheduled.We understand that guests arriving by cruise ship may face communication challenges; however, we did not issue any last-minute changes to the pickup time for this tour. Great Day in Castries, St. Lucia
We have taken Segway tour all around the world and this one was great. Our guide tried to convince us that he was a body double for Arnold Schwarzenegger but he was at least a foot shorter and likely 100 pounds lighter but he did have Arnold's sense of humor. We had a great afternoon with him

Lack of communication fm TripAdvisor
Let me start by saying that the reason for the rating of 3 is NOT because we didn’t have a fun time. We absolutely did. Lucien Style Experiences had 2 wonderful guides/ instructors, Tomas and Jermain. Our only complaint is that TripAdvisor did not provide us with pertinent information. We had no idea what time to meet our tour. We arrived at the specified meet up location at 10:30 for an 11:00 tour only to find that the bus had left without us. Nowhere in any email did it say what time to be there. Taxi driver tried to charge $50(US) for a 15 minute ride-we were able to talk him down a bit. We feel TripAdvisor had a responsibility to give us ALL the necessary information. We will think twice before using them again.

Exciting new experience!
Bryan and Richard were fantastic! So patient with us as we were first time scooter drivers. We had a fabulous time and the island is so beautiful. Would absolutely recommend if you would like to try something new and see beautiful sites. Thank you all for a lovely experience and time!

Don't Book This If It's Friday!
We booked this tour the end of January. We got to St. Lucia and waited for the driver to come. He didn't. We called him, and he said since it was a Friday, he was worried about traffic and that maybe we wouldn't make it back on time. That's fine- but he knew it was on a Friday when we booked it inJanuary- and he still confirmed. This was our first Trip Advisor booking and probably our last!

Super divertido, se você gostar de aventura. Há uma introdução de como usar o Segway e um período de prática, além de ser relativamente fácil. Mas também não é tão simples assim e você transita por ruas abertas em certa velocidade, com risco de cair e levar tombos. Quem quer alguma aventura vai adorar, quem espera algo bem calmo e pacato, essa não é a excursão ideal - porque tem que andar mais ou menos rápido para acompanhar o grupo sem ter segurança total ainda no equipamento. Eu, particularmente, adorei. Mas ficam aí as ressalvas.
Booked a Big Wheel Electric Scooters Tour through our cruise operator, the itinerary showed a few places but we went straight to pigeon beach had 15 minutes to explore and then went back to the yard, not what I expected , we spent well over an hour in the yard where everyone had to test drive a scooter , I know that's for safety and I'll admit these scooters are not easy to ride , especially at low speed in a small yard , out of 10 couples who should of all had their own individual scooter only 1 women passed the test , so the others had to travel on the back of their partners scooter , feels like you've over paid at that point and then only 1 stop was very disappointing , such a shame as the 2 guides were really nice as was the 1 destination we visited 🤷🏼♂️

We booked a Segway through Viator (also useless), paid in advance as required and they did not turn up to collect us and ignored all attempts to make contact.
Looks like they are good ... if they do turn up.
Be very wary, we are £120 out of pocket, wasted a day of every expensive cruise, and are now having to go back to credit card company to recover our money.
Did not turn up, but kept our money.
Watch out for these guys, they took our booking through Viator but never turned up to collect us or respond to any messages through the Viator App.
Having to make a claim through our credit card to get our money back.
Avoid these lot.
Cette compagnie n’est pas fiable. J’avais réservé un Scooter et lorsque je suis arrivé, il n’y avait aucun véhicule de disponible. Je n’ai eu aucune excuse, aucune recherche d’alternative. Bref, méfiez-vous de cette organisation qui semble plus portée par l’importance des entrées financières que de la satisfaction des clients.
Beware - these guys may be great - when they turn up….
Very disappointed with these and with Viator. Made a booking through Viator App weeks in advance and paid days in advance.
We started messaging the operator - as instructed- via the Viators App 3 hours in advance of the event. We got no response and the operator did not show up to collect us. When we requested a refund, suddenly the operator started ed to message us on the Viator app.
Unfortunately both the operator and Viator refused to refund and we have now raised a dispute with our credit card company.
Shame on you..!

Not the best option if you want to go to different places
The scooter was not in the best condition. 50cc is too small if you especially if you have a passenger. You can rent directly for $50 USD.
Such a fun way to learn about St.Lucia. We enjoyed a guided bus tour, extreme Segway tour and beach time. Thomas and Jermain were so accommodating, entertaining, and knowledgeable. They had us all laughing and navigating with expert experience. I was a little nervous about the Segway, but they had us practice time which helped my confidence. Highly recommend!
