I had the most amazing experience with Madalyn! She truly saw my vision better than any other stylist I had worked with. She understood my style and details even more than I did. The dresses were dreamy and I felt so special at Lovely! I could not recommend her enough she was darling and so fun!
I got my dress at Lovely Bride after going to many other boutiques. My stylist Madalyn was amazing. I felt she really tried to help me figure out what I liked and didn’t like and even stayed a bit later than the appointment allotted time since I was deciding between two dresses. She was so patient and definitely contributed to the experience. Other stylist from other places definitely made me feel a bit rushed and Madalyn was the total opposite.
Shopping for my dress at The Lovely Bride has been favorite experience so far in wedding planning because they make it so easy! I highly recommend Sarah. Her positive energy made the experience stress free and so much fun. Not only did she pull dresses that matched exactly what I had envisioned, but she also got creative with me, showing different ways to style the dress for multiple looks.

I had such a wonderful time at LBNYC after having some less than ideal experiences with wedding dress shopping prior. Jas was my stylists and Jillian, the manager, popped in throughout to check on me. Both ladies were so kind, hospitable, and supportive especially because I was alone (my mom/MOH are from Florida and couldn't be there because of the holidays). MWL bride was kind enough to loan some dresses for me to try on in their store, and I was able to try on every dress I had from their brand on my Pinterest board and other dresses they had in stock that fit the vibe of my venue and vision for my big day. Ultimately it was a wonderful experience and I really encourage any of you in the area looking for your dress to try Lovely Bride NYC.

We had the best experience at Lovely Bridal in NYC working with Jas! The salon was well comfortable and well run with a nice selection of dresses available to try on. I appreciated the process of creating a ‘look book’ of dresses that I wanted to try on before we went in for the appointment, and Jas reached out to me a few days before to refine my choices. She was an absolutely fantastic stylist!! This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses, and she helped guide me, my mom and my sisters through the experience with efficiently, expertise and an eye for style and fit. She was cheerful, so fun to work with, and, though I didn’t have it in my look book, she pulled a dress that I never would’ve chosen for myself and encouraged me to try it on. Thank god she did because the moment I put in on I loved it!! We paired it with a beautiful veil, and she gave us time to think through the options, but we ultimately ended up buying the dress she’d pulled for me. It’s gorgeous and it made me feel confident, elegant and beautiful. We ended up buying the dress that day and canceled my other two appointments. Thank you SO much Jas for all of your help and your keen eye for bridal style. 10/10!

I'm so disappointed with my Lovely experience. I was under the impression that a made to order dress with my measurements would fit me to some degree - it's so big that it falls down when I stand up; not a single area fits correctly. Not that Lovely cares once you're out the door. Off to spend an absurd amount on a tailor now... please don't trust their employees to size you correctly.

I had the best experience at Lovely Bride NYC thanks to Jess! After visiting three other bridal shops and honestly starting to lose hope, Jess helped me find my dress on the second gown I tried on. It was the most flattering dress I’d put on anywhere, and she made the whole appointment feel easy and fun. A week later, when I started second-guessing a few details, Jess welcomed me back in and helped my entire vision come together. She was patient, supportive, and genuinely understood what I was looking for. I even ended up getting my veil here because everything just felt right. I had an amazing experience here. We got there a little early and there was no issue with the staff with us waiting in the lobby. My stylist and I reviewed my wish list and she ended up combining what I said and a dress I tried on at another bridal store and found me the perfect dress for me! The team then supported me after via text and email to communicate next steps!
10/10 experience with Jess! Can't express how personable she was to my party and me. We had just come from another bridal shop that put a bad taste in our mouths, I had so much anxiety that this experience would be similar, and I can honestly say she single-handedly turned that around for all of us involved. From touching base pre-appointment, introducing herself to each party member, having all of my favorites from my portal pulled, and being a genuinely great listener to both me and my family members, we were so comfortable. I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride, and Sarah was absolutely wonderful!! This was my fourth stop and honestly dress shopping was overwhelming. This shop is beautiful & relaxing. My stylist Sarah was THE BEST. She totally understood me and my vibe - Sarah really helped make the experience so great! I also did end up finding my dress here.
I visited Lovely Bride NYC for a second appointment to show my mom a dress I loved and was seriously considering. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the level of care I expected for a return appointment.
When we arrived, we weren’t offered water or refreshments until I asked. During the fitting, the dress wasn’t zipped fully even though it had fit perfectly at my first appointment, my mom ultimately had to ask the attendant to zip it, which it did easily. While I was trying the dress on with a veil, another staff member asked loudly for the dress for another bride, which made the moment feel rushed and a bit uncomfortable.
I understand salons juggle multiple clients, but I expected more attentiveness and tact, especially when considering such a significant purchase. I loved the dress itself, but this experience made me reconsider purchasing it here.

Got my dress at Lovely Bride! Jennelle was a fantastic stylist. I was pretty stressed with the wedding dress hunt because I was looking for something unique that felt right to me and didn't know where to start. They were SO helpful throughout the entire process and had a very calming presence. I love how they asked thoughtful questions after each dress like what I liked / didn't like, how I felt about certain fabrics or embellishments, and ultimately they recommended the dress that I fell in love with and will wear at my wedding!! Jennelle was very in-tune to what I was looking for and I'm grateful they recommended a dress that I didn't initially consider trying on but it ended up being perfect.
The studio is also very cute. I liked the private dressing rooms and the experience felt nicer than other studios in the city.
I had an amazing experience at Lovely Bride New York! My stylist Jordan was so kind, knowledgeable, and ultimately found me my dream dress! We were taken care of start to finish, and I really felt that Jordan got to know me, she absolutely nailed my style and dress preferences. I definitely recommend this studio, especially if you are looking for great expertise and if you are open to wide array of dress styles. I couldn't be happier with my dress!
