HAYES!!!! What an incredible experience we had at Lovely today. Hayes made me feel so comfortable and I felt incredibly seen and understood when I was working with her. She took immense care to understand the dynamics of my group. She also took considerable time before our appointment to chat with me about what styles I liked prior to my appointment which as a touch I really appreciated. 1000/10 experience, would highly recommend booking an appointment with Hayes if you can get her! Love you girl!

I can't say enough good things about this bridal store. The staff were very sweet, fun, and knowledgeable. As a bride to be, it can be overwhelming with so many options, but they took the time to get to know me and really helped the dress find me. I worked with Jess and by the end of the experience I wanted to invite her to my wedding! She was the best! Zero pressure, affordable prices, beautiful selection. This was the 5th store I visited and wish it was the first!

I had an appointment and bought my dress here, but I’m not sure if I’d recommend this location. When I paid for my dress and the veil with two separate cards, the consultant asked me if the second card was for my bigger expenses?? I don’t know if she meant to insult me or was trying to figure out how I can pay for all of this (I was there by myself), or if it was just a curious question. But either way, it made me feel uncomfortable that a salesperson was inquiring about my finances, during what was supposed to be a happy moment. They also got my bra size wrong on the invoice form, I had to reach out and they were able to correct it but just another thing on top of what happened… Three stars because the rest of the customer service after that was good, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for brides shopping solo.

She made my wedding dress shopping seamless and has been a text away with all my questions! I had so much fun with her and was so happy to have found my dress with her! Could not recommend Sarah more for this special occasion!! (Plus lovely had my favorite dress selection!)

I didn’t have a great experience here. The experience itself felt unpleasant. My stylist didn’t really seem to care and kept asking me to repeat what I had already selected from the portal and texted in details prior to the try-on appointment. My room is small and felt a bit dirty. For $50 worth of 90-min appointment and $3-5000 range dresses, I expected more and actually left early. Just didn’t want to be there any more. I had expected a more personalized experience from someone who knows their dresses. That being said, the pre-appointment preparation from lovely bride is very good and streamlined.

I was extremely nervous dress shopping. I was convinced I wouldn't like anything and have a generally unpleasant experience. A colleague encouraged me to check out Lovely and I am so so happy that I did! The store is beautiful, super clean and smells good lol. The selection is sick, too. I wanted something a bit more unique and was able to try on a ton of different options. What made my experience so amazing though was Liza. They were beyond kind, helpful and so so fun to hang out with. The only negative about finding the dress has been that we can't hang out anymore hahahaha. I've been screaming about how much I love Lovely to anyone with ears. Thank you Liza I love u!!!!!!
