My daughter has had traumatic dentist experiences for years, but this place redeems her faith. Dr. Sentelle, Anai and Stephanie were so attentive, understanding, patient and amazing! I cannot express my gratitude in words for them. Trust them with your kids dental; you will not regret it!!!
Dr. Ashley, Brina, and Diana made our visit to Lone Star Kid’s Dentistry a wonderful experience. We came in because our newborn son was suspected to have a lip and tongue tie, and Dr. Ashley did an excellent job explaining the procedure clearly and thoroughly. Her calm, reassuring approach made me feel comfortable and confident in the care our son received. I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.

Updated: this is the last year that Dr. Senthell saw my son since he turned 18. It was an emotional visit since the staff and the doctor had become like family. Specially Sandra, Whitney, Brenna and the entire team essentially were always caring and helpful. Time flies, and now my son will be seeing a different dentist since he is a young adult now.

We were going to a different dentist office in the Frisco area and went to this one for a second opinion, but decided to transfer to this one because we felt the staff and doctor were better. I appreciate how Dr Ashley took her time to explain important points and her professionalism. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Dr. Rubin and the entire team at Lone Star Dental were fantastic. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Rubin took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my daughters treatment options.
The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. It’s obvious that patient care is a top priority. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Rubin and Lone Star Dental to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist.

I went to Dr. Sentelle’s practice seeking a second opinion regarding a treatment plan for my 5 year old sons cavities. Another dentist wanted to sedate him and do crowns. His treatment plan took into consideration my sons complete dental history, medical history, my concerns and my sons age. It alleviated my anxiety knowing that his approach was conservative but would take care of the issue.
His bedside (chair side?) manner was great, he was kind and approachable. My son handled the procedure well
Afterwards my son was complaining about pain a few times and each time Dr. Sentelle took the matter seriously, made us feel heard and took steps to resolve the issue.
We will be going back again if we have more dental work needed. And we recommend him to everyone!
My only wish is that they would be in-network with my insurance! Then I could get my kids regular cleanings here too
We’ve been to both the McKinney and Frisco office for a tongue and lip tie release. Both offices were fantastic and appreciated Dr. Sentelle’s thorough explanation of diagnosis, procedure and post-procedure care. We drove from Dallas specifically to see him, as he came highly recommended from a friend, and we are so glad we did!
Dr. Sentelle is a very knowledgeable dentist who very patiently answered all our questions about our toddler's dental care. He is extremely skilled at dealing with little children and this first dentist visit for our toddler was a bliss - we expected to have a hard time, but Dr. Sentelle and his staff made our kid feel at ease. The practice is well co-ordinated and our appointment took place on time with about no waiting at all. Highly recommend Dr. Sentelle for a caring, skilled dentist with a very scientific approach. Dr. Sentelle has been my daughter’s dentist for several years, and I’ve been extremely happy with his professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for his patients. He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes my daughter feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. Everyone at the clinic is amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always positive with a big smile. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide a great experience. They really make a difference, and I highly recommend him.
My daughter has been a patient since she was about 3. Now she’s a 8 and today had to have 2 baby teeth extracted. My daughter was very nervous (so was I) but Dr. Ashley was so incredibly comforting and patient. The dental assistant made my daughter feel comfortable despite being petrified initially. Both teeth were successfully extracted and I can say 1 hour later my daughter was so happy and looking forward to her future pretty smile she’s on the road to.
Truly the BEST! We originally scheduled our newborn’s tongue/lip tie revision here after calling around to several different pediatric dentist recommendations- it wasn’t the cheapest option and we drive about an hour each way, but we chose Lonestar purely because of how friendly the receptionist was. (As someone who often gets anxious at dentists offices myself, this is priceless.) After multiple visits now, including our 2 toddlers’ first cleanings ever, we can say every single person we’ve interacted with in the office is just as incredibly kind. They go above & beyond, and Dr Rubin is AMAZING! Very personable & also knowledgeable. The office is comfortable & beautiful. Our kids had a blast getting their teeth cleaned with the fun overhead TVs, sunglasses, balloons, and all the arcade games to stay entertained while waiting (but we’ve never had to wait long). As a mom of 3 very high energy kiddos 3 & under, it’s so efficient & gives me peace of mind being able to stay with them all being cared for at the same time, and every staff member has been so helpful & thoughtful making our visits as smooth as possible, like bringing us extra toys & coloring for the toddlers during the baby’s procedure. A huge sigh of relief, we are so incredibly grateful to have found Lonestar and would recommend a million times over. Worth every penny & every minute of travel. My kids love learning to take care of their teeth & actually keep asking when they get to go back!

We’ve been taking our kids to Dr. Rubin for over 5 years and have always had a great experience. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and kind every single visit. Dr. Rubin takes his time, answers every question thoroughly, and never makes us feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. And it definitely doesn’t hurt that there’s a life size Cactus Jack in the lobby, which the kids love. Highly recommend!
