I guess I'm a glutten for punishment. Everytime I place an online order I request hot sauce on the side and they never put it in the bag. They need to get employees that know how to read and fill an order properly. Have to try a new location.

Clean, friendly staff, decent fast food. No extra charge for guac. Worth creating a QDOBA for extra deals and discounts.

Wow I can't believe how great this place is.
Between the quality of food and portion size and excellent customer service. This is truly a great establishment and much better then what chipotle is these days.
You truly get the best bang for your buck here and they always offer amazing deals.
This is my new favorite hot spot

The staff is great and quick with making up your order. Always happy with the service and food and is always a great option for food for lunch or dinner.

The most sloppiest people to make simple tacos and a quesadilla and very unprofessional, if you ask for something extra they look at you like you are bothering them for doing their jobs, won’t ever go to this place again

First time getting Qdoba, ordered ahead on the mobile app to pick up.
Was ready within 10 minutes, very friendly and nice staff. Greeted right away and thanked for my business.
Burrito was really good, as well as the chips and queso.
Definitely happy with the experience, hope to eat there more often in the future.

the customer service is disgusting. the lady that was making my bowl, she was so mean and rude, the way that she talks is insane, i was literally looking at her like are u being serious, like there’s no way that she talks to guest like that, and wasn’t not just me, everybody in front of me and behind, if she doesn’t like the job, just quit. i love qdoba so much and i go all the time, but today, was horrible. spanish lady around her 40s. next time if i go and i see her and she does the same thing, im gonna try to speak with a manager. it’s unbelievable
