We have owned Mercedes since 1982 ... Mike Johns is by far the best ... Their courtesy and professionalism are by far the best. They are honest, knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and reasonable. We have lived in California, Florida, Texas and now back to my hometown of Louisville. Our cars have been serviced throughout the USA, but none compared to Mike Johns, even the best of the best dealerships. Brandi, Dakota and the rest of the staff are superb ... I cannot imagine why anyone in Louisville or the surrounding area would have your Mercedes serviced anywhere but here, the pricing is exceptional with no surprises. Please forgive us for delaying this review ... we have been super busy.

Great experience purchasing my pre-owned Honda. The priced the vehicle fairly so I did not have to haggle, and they made a repair to the windshield at no extra charge. Treated me very well, making the repair in one day and provided me with transportation to and from work. Special thanks to Lamar, Michael & Rodney for taking good care of me! Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at Keffer Hyundai. I sent my colleague yesterday to get a quote for a Hyundai Sonata. Justin was professional and helpful, but unfortunately his manager treated them very poorly. He was a racist. We felt we were treated differently and unfairly, and despite being serious buyers, we were not even given a quote. Our company was planning to purchase 10 Hyundai Sonatas, but because of the manager’s behavior, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Another Hyundai dealership treated us with respect, gave us a competitive deal, and we booked all 10 vehicles there. Customer service matters. I cannot recommend this dealership based on our experience.
