Shelley was very helpful and expedient with all of her assistance with my application and eventual approval through ANZ refinance home loan. Trevor... has been the most incredible broker I have ever come across. He understood my background, being that of a commercial and residential loan, he was able to refinance my commercial loan for the value of my property. He was able to organise a residential loan, as difficult as it may have seemed, he worked thoroughly to find a solution when needed. Trevor, knows his work, he is confident and will give you results when you need it most. This is not just a job for him, he will assist you along the way when purchasing a property, he will give you break-down figures at a number of options to ensure the best opportunities are not lost, and you feel confident with your borrowing capacities.
