We had a great experience with Let’s Roll! While out on a family bike ride, we noticed that my son was missing a screw on the fender of his bike. Thankfully, their shop was right along the path, so we stopped in to see if they could help.
They were incredibly friendly and took care of the issue for us right away. It may have been a small fix, but their willingness to help really stood out and allowed us to get right back to enjoying our family ride.

This is a very crappy place. Don’t ever come here or bring your bike here I called on the phone told him I was 40 minutes away and he said that they had what I was coming there to pick up and then once I got there. then they proceeded to tell me that they don’t have it or have anything for it. And then they have a bunch of little kids hanging out outside front of it, riding their bikes out on the road
Cuba was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I went in knowing nothing about e-bikes and he helped me find one I absolutely love and can handle. They installed the accessories I wanted and helped me set up the app and delivered the bike the next day. The process could have been overwhelming but they made it fun and easy.
