James specifically and the entire Chico Septic team were amazing to work with. In spite of frustrating circumstances- no one wants to deal with a failed septic tank on a Friday - but they got work done quickly, the team was always professional and kept us ip to date with changes/new info, and cleaned everything up perfectly when done. Hopefully we won’t need to call them for a long time, but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs septic work or an entirely new system! Very thankful again for James and for Jamie in the office!!!
