LeDetailWP Reviews

Marc Menasco 2026.09.17

We found Laura with LeDetailWP during our startup. We had just come off less than desirable experiences with a WP site designer that came with a design/host/maintain company we chose. She has helped us correct much of what we found and then some! As we continue to plan changes Laura has been there to collaborate with. She also assisted with some issues with our email configuration. She now handles maintaining our site. We highly recommend her.

I truly feel like I won the website-developer lottery with Laura! I came to her after a difficult and discouraging website experience, feeling overwhelmed by the condition of my site and uncertain about how to move forward. Laura stepped in, took all the stress and unknowns off my plate, and worked directly with everyone involved to figure it out. She didn’t just fix my website - she rebuilt it better than it had ever been and turned this entire part of my business into something I’m genuinely proud of. She works with incredible quality and urgency, while always being friendly, encouraging and completely can-do. It’s obvious that she is truly invested in my business’s success. She makes everything simple for me, and she is an absolute joy to work with. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I struggled for years to find the right contractor to maintain and update my websites. I had tried services like Fiverr, and although they did good work, I didn't feel comfortable enough to commit to regular monthly services. Then I met Laura! She did a project for one of my sites, and I was extremely happy with the results. We had a Zoom, and I felt like her company was the right fit I had been looking for. I decided to hire her to maintain all three of my websites. It has been a few months of working together, and this is the first time I can trust and relax, knowing that my sites are secure, performing well, and maintained daily. They also do additional projects for me when needed. Laura goes above and beyond. It is great to work and collaborate with someone who understands who I am and what I do. If you are looking for someone for your website, I highly recommend them.

Laura has been my hosting provider for several years now, and working with her has been nothing but a great experience. She is always ready to help, responds quickly, and consistently goes above and beyond when it comes to troubleshooting and resolving any issues that come up. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and efficient, but also genuinely pleasant to work with at the same time. Over the years, I’ve always felt supported and in good hands. Laura makes everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and dedication.

Having a tour company in Yellowstone has us busy but since Laura has taken over to optimize our site, business is better than ever! She and her team respond quickly, fix problems and are a joy to work with. After years of searching and being “talked down to” by the more tech savvy, she is patient, kind and efficient! FIVE STARS all the way:)
