Layla was absolutely amazing, not only was the service great but she constantly showed she had a passion for the craft, I even got a little biology lesson that was great! I’d give it 6 stars but there’s only 5, not to mention the prices compared to back home in Miami were night in day for the same type of care.

The customer service here is excellent. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time I was here. I started with a deep tissue massage from Elizabeth and she did such an amazing job relieving the tension and soreness in my back and legs. Highly recommend! After my massage I had my eyebrows threaded and ended with a facial, both being done by Lata. She was incredible! She was engaged the entire time, kept me laughing, got my brows to the shape I wanted them, and provided me with an amazing facial. If you go to this location, I cannot recommend Lata enough!

Five Stars. Walked in in a lot of pain. Very tight shoulders and neck for about a month. I’m stretching and cracking all day long very little relief ever. I was not aware what a deep tissue massage is, but I worked in an industry of masters that society looks down upon as grunts. So I trust professionals. I let the man do his job. Not sure how long it took. Let me tell you I am healed. Back not fixed because I’ve overworked it in life. But no more pain. Amazingly he started on an area I had no idea I was tight in, that ended up being my worst problem area. My butt was two solid rocks. After much work by Michael it is now a normal feeling muscle. My girlfriend was in shock at my different butt. The pain was unreal, as I’ve come to learn a deep tissue massage can be. I had to go into a meditative state to get through it. But Michael was also wonderful as a guide through the whole process. I’ll be back when I need it.

Best massage I’ve ever had, Brittany was fantastic! I saw the reviews and was nervous but when I walked in I was greeted by the manager who helped me fill out the in take form, I had had a stroke and was unable to write well and immediately she offered to write for me which she absolutely did not have to do, I felt so safe and cared for from that moment I walked in. The prenatal massage was absolutely perfect, 10’s across the board, I can’t wait to come back!

I went with my aunt and found this experience less than satisfactory. As noted in other reviews the massage therapist did not honor the time (in the room less than 50 minutes), there was no “review”or “consultation” and it didn’t take 10 minutes to dress. She began the (deep tissue) massage quickly from the jump and ended just as abruptly. The receptionist noted upon checking out I was not from the area ( but I visit often and get weekly massages) which probably contributed to the vastly different treatment my aunt (who lives locally) received. She was upset as well. Today they lost not one but two customers.

Lavida massage of Raleigh I recently had a facial appointment that was scheduled for one hour, but the service was completed in only 45 minutes, and some areas of my face were not treated. I had also informed the esthetician that my skin is oily, but I am not sure what products were used during the session. Unfortunately, after returning home, I noticed red bumps and irritation all over my face. I am very disappointed with the experience, as I do not feel the service was worth the money I paid.I wouldn't recommended anybody.

Very bad experience 🥲 I called because I wanted to get a massage. I had seen the reviews and wanted to give it a try, but the customer service was terrible. I asked for a 90-minute massage, but the person was rude and only offered a facial and a 60-minute session. It was really disappointing — you’re looking for relaxation, but the attention and service were poor quality. No thank you. If this is how they treat you over the phone, I don’t even want to imagine how the actual service would be.

I'm sure that everyone understands that getting a massage is a very personal quest for relief from stress, pain or both. People DESERVE some relaxation and need to know that they are not wasting their time and money when trying to find a reliable place for massages and related relaxation services. My experience at Lavida was pleasant, relaxing, and therapeutic. It's been years since my last massage and this trip today convinced me that this is something I need to add back to my routine! I could tell my masseuse was knowledgeable and was very attentive to my level of comfort during the procedures. Time spent at Lavida is well worth it.
