Private airport transportation
We had our driver Carlos. He was super nice and helpful in providing tips on our trip. Also extremely attentive when picking us up and dropping us off from the airport. Definitely will have to book the private transportation service for the future.
El transporte y el anfitrión bien, sin embargo no es una experiencia VIP más que por ser privado. Lo venden como una experiencia completa pero te detallan cómo 10 puntos de cosas por hacer que se resumen en dos. Es cero experiencia local, es más turística y con poco detalle. No se pasa a campos de agave, no tenes chance de disfrutar con calma el pueblo porque tu guía te está apresurando , a pesar de que es privado, no te cuentan del pueblo ni de los rincones de Tequila, tardan muchísimo en la experiencia de la cata para alargarlo porque es de ellos mismos, y te queda poco tiempo para disfrutar de lo demás. En general es básica la experiencia, hay que tener expectativas claras. No vale lo que cuesta, pero cumple.
No se visitan campos de Agave, la destilería y degustación es muy básica jamás para el precio que pagamos! El chofer era también el guía turístico y quien nos hizo la degustación, esperábamos algo mucho más completo según la descripción de la experiencia. El vehículo y trasporte si es bueno.

La mejor experiencia que puedan imaginar. Para nosotros Carlos fue un guía súper educado e informado que nos transmito muchísimo conocimiento y calor de un pueblo hermoso. Sin duda, una experiencia imperdible

Nuestra tour con Carlos fue excelente! Es una persona muy profesional y conocedor del tequila. Fuimos un pequeño grupo de chicas y todas nos sentimos muy seguras con su amabilidad y profesionalismo. Gracias!!

Second time doing this tour - the first time with my mom, this time with my siblings, cousins and their partners (large group) - and it is still my favorite tour. The tour guide is extremely knowledgeable, and proudly explains the tequila making process and tasting, it feels special and unique. The tour takes you to places that are not crowded so everything feels personalized and calm. There’s a lot of places to take great pictures during the tour - also if you’re on your own each great spot already has a place to put your phone so it captures the best angle for the picture, and the tour guide is always willing to snap pictures and takes great videos. The tour guide is also able to get things expedited, for example we didn’t wait at cantaritos el güero to get drinks, and our food with preordered (we selected our dishes) and ready when we arrived at lunch. The whole day was smooth and worry free. Absolutely loooved the hospitality, friendliness, kindness and knowledge of our tour guide Carlos. Because we had a large group we had a private tour and so we got to decide when and where we went - we added a stop, so highly recommend a private tour if you’re with a bigger group.

Must do day trip to Tequila
We did a day trip to Tequila with La Jima Experience and this was the most fun we had on our long weekend trip to Guadalajara. Jorge picked us up in GDL around 12:30 and drove us to a beautiful distillery, Cava de Oro, where we did an extensive tequila tasting. I have never been a big tequila consumer so I was a little apprehensive going into the tasting but Jorge did a great job of explaining the process and different notes to pick up in the tequilas. Each was paired with different fruits/chocolate and it was a really great experience. 10/10 recommend. We then had a late lunch in Tequila and walked around town and then ended the day at a cantina in the countryside overlooking agave fields. Thank you Jorge !!!

Amazing service and top of the line team!! Luis our driver was excellent and professional. He texted me the day before and prior to arrival to ensure all pick up details were confirmed! He was waiting for us right when we arrived and took care of everything. The vehicle was top of the line, modern and clean. My friends and I had an amazing experience and Luis ended up being our driver the full weekend! I highly recommend la Jima experience, their service was excellent

Jima experience was expectional. Our tour guide Luis was awesome... Visiting the Cava de oro tequila distillery, he demonstraded a tasting technique as we were able to taste Cava de Oro's tequilas. Visited the town of Tequila where we enjoyed a great meal and some shopping. Finalizing the trip to Amatiteña where we enjoyed our cantaritos and the beautiful scenery. Look forward to coming back and bringing family and friends to this tour. Of course of legal age.

The best tequila and tasting experience we've ever had! Carlos is undoubtedly a superb host. He treated us wonderfully on our tour, and his expertise in tequilas is top-notch. He explained everything we needed to know about the tasting in detail and with patience.This is our second trip to GDL using the services of LA JIMA EXPERIENCE, and it was absolutely fantastic, everything was top-notch, but above all, Carlos's service was the best.
Had an amazing tequila tour experience, but what truly made it special was our guide, Edgar. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and struck the perfect balance between history, culture, and fun. His energy made the whole day feel effortless and memorable.
