After calling several shops about two simple issues with my car, a front fender that wouldn’t stay secured and a turn signal being out, I kept getting told entire assemblies might need replaced before anyone even looked at it, or I’d have to pay a crazy diagnostic fee. I called Lafayette Auto Plus and they happily said, “Stop by and we’ll see how we can get you taken care of.” Within about 15 minutes of arriving, they had my car in the shop and were fixing the actual problems instead of trying to replace everything. Estimated pricing was given to me on the spot, and it was great value. Really appreciated the straightforward service and willingness to actually look at the issue first. I’ll definitely be returning for any body work or similar repairs in the future.
