I worked with Andy McKendry for many years through a previous business, so I already knew I could trust his advice. After he moved to Lab Creative, I was approached by a well-known online directory company and decided to give them a go. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out well, with poor advice and a lot of money wasted.

Aaron's handle on our business requirements for website and SEO needs are second to none. I met with the guys from Lab Creative a couple of months ago because I felt my website and SEO service wasn't performing for the cost I was paying.
After a discovery meeting with Warren I was blown away — not just by the cost (big saving!) but by the professionalism, dedication and the long list of high-value clients they have.
My only worry walking out was: "Am I a bit small-time for these guys? Will I be a priority?" That was quelled almost instantly when my emails went down. I called, the MD took the call himself, put me straight through to his support team, and the issue was sorted within 5 minutes. As a small business owner, I couldn't believe the service.
My new website looks unreal, the SEO is already hitting the targets set, and I'm left without superlatives to express how impressed I am.

I’ve dealt with Warren on a number of occasions over the years, and I felt I had to leave this review.
Recently I’ve been trying to promote my own business, and when I spoke to Warren he treated me more like a friend than a customer. He took the time to explain how I could optimise my Google campaign rather than just trying to sell me a service. He even said that if I couldn’t get it sorted myself, he’d be happy to take a look.
There aren’t many people who operate like that anymore. Honest advice, no pressure, and genuinely wanting to help.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lab Creative, and I can’t speak highly enough of Warren and the service he provides.
