Charles has been to us three times now. Always prompt to reply and attend to what needed doing. From fixing taps, replacing shower head and installing new hot water cylinder. He always gave us choices and checked that we were still okay with that choice. Very professional while still being friendly and kind. We can’t speak highly enough of him. Brain and Chris

Was satisfied with Charles from KZN Plumbing. He answered my call immediately on a Saturday morning, gave clear instructions what we needed to do at that time, explained cost would be at weekend rates & he would take approximately an hour to arrive. We also sent him photos & explained that it was connected to the outside tap. Keeping to his word, he arrived within the hour & dealt with the issue within 20 mins. He also agreed for us to time pay as we are a beneficiaries household, so thankful. I would definately refer him on to others, not just because of his great work ethics but also because of shining personality. Charles is the man!

Requested a quote for new shower, all we got was a total figure.Would be nice to know what we are actually getting for our money ie brand, warranty, how long the job might take etc etc. Then as soon as we mentioned we had a cheaper quote we were told in no uncertain terms to go with that even though we didn't get a chance to explain that we aren't going to accept it. Poor attitude all round really, buyer beware!

Hi Brent, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take customer satisfaction seriously and apologise for any breakdown in communication. Our intention was purely to help you by recommending a lower quote we unfortunately couldn't match. We wish you the best with your project.
