There are not enough adjectives to articulate the depth and breadth of the exceptional professional and personal support I received from Laura and Tracy/KRE + Associates from 1st day of listing my townhome to my endless follow up questions during and after closing escrow.. To say it far exceeded what would be "typical" of an excellent realtor support, Laura and Tracy took support to a whole new level. The initial listing was pre-fire and restarted post fire and continued throughout the remediation and they addressed the myriad concerns a buyer/seller might have. Their marketing was ongoing, far reaching and out of necessity post fire, modified with revised and very creative photos, along with outreach across the county in order to achieve the best exposure possible. Their support, directness when needed , along with compassion and understanding were beyond measure. Amazingly, it didn't stop there. Once we entered what escrow, they guided me through optimal ways to organize and pack 17 years of living in a home I loved. While never an easy choice , Laura and Tracy paved the way for me walk through it with as little distress as possible. I am filled with gratitude to have been blessed.
