What keeps us here and motivated to enrol our younger children in the future is the team's attentiveness and genuine care. Kids Academy Clayton has been nothing short of amazing for my family! From the moment we walked through the doors, I felt such warmth and care from the entire staff. Jade, the centre manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. She runs the centre with such care and expertise, and it really shows in every detail. What I love most is that all the staff know my children by name. Every morning when we arrive, they are greeted with such warmth, making them feel truly special and excited to be there. It’s the same when we leave at the end of the day—my daughters are always beaming. The level of individual attention is something I’ve rarely seen elsewhere, and it means the world to me as a parent. The facilities are immaculate, and it’s such a relief to know that meals, sunscreen, and nappies are all included. One less thing to worry about! The healthy, delicious meals and thoughtful care the staff provide give me such peace of mind. Communication with parents is exceptional—I always feel well informed and involved in my children’s development. Most importantly, I feel 100% confident that my children are not only safe but also thriving in such a caring, nurturing environment. Thank you so much 'Kids Academy Clayton' for providing our 3 year old girl the greatest learning journey. She gets excited every time coming here to start her day. And ends the day with a cheerful and happy feeling. She has grown so much in her confidence, mannerism, sharing and caring ability towards others. Being here has given her the opportunity to grow in her language skills and being able to express herself well. The Centre has a magnificent range of learning materials for my daughter and other children to explore and learn. The Centre is always clean and tidy and has a family, friendly atmosphere. It is located in one of the most well-known location; M-City, the same level as the cinema. Staff are super friendly, supportive, always have a positive attitude and passionate to providing outstanding and positive learning experiences for children. Leaving us parents/families the trust and committment we hope for always. I believe when children are surrounded by positive energy, they become better citizens for themselves and others. I remembered on her first day, our daughter fitted in so well that it made us felt as ease instantly. She was included in all activities and was made to feel important in every way possible. Her efforts in whatever she does are always being recognised and that's a great start to a child's mindframe. At that point, we knew her day was going to be great every time! I sincerely thank you once again for all that you have done for our family, giving us reassurance in providing for our daughter's learning. We can already see Sophia's future will be a bright one!

We’ve been sending our little one here since she was 1yo and she absolutely loves it. We only ever looked at one centre and that’s all we needed to, to have found the right one for us. Being a new centre, the facilities are fresh and updated. We clicked very well with Jade who was the manager that showed us around the first time so immediately we were comfortable. From having a professional chef ensuring the kids are fed amazing healthy food to the daily incursions that are held at the centre (Tuesdays are yoga days and Wednesdays are sports day), what’s honestly not to love? Located in a shopping centre makes it easier to get get shopping done before pick up instead of rushing to make several stops. Highly recommend!

Educator are mostly casual and keeps on changing and not familiar with kids . Educator aren't actually paying attention to the indoor and outdoor temperature, your kids will end up sick due to lack of carrying. Lately this Center focused mostly on making money , too many kids in small rooms .

Kids club Clayton- we travelled all the way from Glen Waverley to Clayton because of the ambience, food, staffs and multiple activities. Kids club has yoga, music, sport and more activities which- my son and daughter loved them. They have the best cook who shares the menus on app with photos. All the Nappy change, food and milk are updated on app. Daily activities and outcomes are also loaded often. A big thank you to staffs of Kids club for taking care.

Moved here from a different child care centre and since then my child has grown so much. He has learnt so much in the Kinder program from the many awesome kinder teachers they have. Any concerns I ever have are always addressed by the lovely staff, the app is constantly updated with photos and food menus. The outdoor play area is amazing. What kid doesn’t want a helicopter to play on!? I know that every day I drop my child off he is well looked after and has a blast with different games, activities and incursions they have.

My boys have been attending since the opening and nothing but the best!!! My little covid baby who was scared of everyone has blossomed into this amazing little boy. The staff are incredible, the upper management have supported me throughout every issue. Couldn’t recommend any higher, 15 out of 10 stars. We get daily photos, full menu and eating updates, nappy updates, sleep updates, sunscreen application updates… the works! I had huge anxiety about my little people settling in but the staff absolutely nailed everything! My boys get excited to go to “school” which makes me really happy and proud to take them.
