Over the many years my dear boy has attended this daycare, he has been shown the most wonderful encouragement & support at all times. The facilities are all spotless, the curriculum is very well thought out, & the staff are more than you could ever hope for in an educator. They are patient, kind, devoted & I see them more as role models to my son when I hear what a wonderful day he had. We will all miss Kids Academy next year, from the warm smiles in the morning, to the multiple updates during the day, & the constant support we’ve had while my little man is growing up. I must spare a special mention about the Bush Kindy program that the centre runs. It is such an excellent idea & my boy raves about it the most! Highly recommend this centre! They are a really switched on & special crew.

Kids Academy Kedron is an amazing centre and has been as my kids grow through from Babies to kindergarten. While the childcare industry is in crisis this place reminds us of why early childhood education centres exist. They are an extension of our family, i trust them wholeheartedly, they help me as a parent and are the my village, they are my children’s safe people. Why does it work - the people. The whole team are absolutely amazing loving supportive smart and so giving and passionate! The leaders, the room leaders, chef, the floaters, the morning support and all the team are phenomenal. Recommend to anyone, we are so lucky we came here for a tour 4.5 years ago pregnant and totally clueless!

We have been sending our children to Kids Academy for almost four years now, and though there has been a take over in management in that time, and the usual rotation of staff that comes with the industry, one thing has remained a constant: the directors, assistant directors and lead educators all have the children’s’ best interests at heart. In particular, Emily, Lizzy and Makayla are three of the most passionate and kind educators we could ever ask for, always advocating for the safety and wellbeing of our children. The rest of the staff are also wonderful, but these three are the A team. Whatever may happen in the childcare industry (and despite policies implemented by corporate stakeholders that have no clue or consideration how they impact the children and the hard-working staff) I know that Emily, Makayla and Lizzy will always put our children first—and I feel so grateful and lucky for that! The Kids Academy staff are the heart of the centre, and the reason we continue to send our children here. Our kids also LOVE bush kindy; the range of fun, child-focused activities that the educators plan; and the wonderful menu chef Kevin offers. Thank you kids Academy staff for your beautiful support and care for our children!

Kids Academy is the best child care centre in kedron even in chermside … my son Arjan used to cry at his previous child care school . After enrolling him to this centre was the best decision I ever made. I’m very lucky my child got enrolled here. He lovessss to go to his day care , I have never ever witnessed any kid crying at this place . The centre director Emily is the sweetest person, kind hearted and always there to help you with a smiling face. All the staff members are amazing 🤩. This place is so magical. Top notch..

We joined Kids Academy Kedron in March this year, and since then my child has learned and grown so much across many areas — from arts and communication to sports. The educators (Miss Makayla, Miss Lucy, and Miss Emily) are like a little family, creating such a positive and nurturing environment. Programs like Show and Tell, Science activities, and Bush Kindy help children become confident, well-rounded, and ready for school. My child truly enjoyed his time here!

Lovely staffs. Educators are highly supportive and passionated to kids developmemt. I love and appreciate their care and have not had any bad experience for 2 years so far. They frequently update kids' development assessment which it can use really helpful writen report if you need a peadatric assessment or so. Educators always give the feedback of how my kid's day at the end of day pick up. Manager Emily is very lovely. Always see her smile (I haven't seen her stressed since the first day of visit). She is very responsive and has positive energy for herself and towards others. Sometime, I saw her on the floor with kids when there were busy mornings to give extra support. Looked like she loves her job. On site chief who updates the day manu with pictures. Sometime he bakes the birthday cake for kiddo. Good size of childcare to have enough exposure and stimulant for them. They also go to local park next to them as a bush kindy programe. It is so nice to see the picture of kids with full of smiles and burning their energy with pals at the nature. Two thumbs up. We are happy to extend his stay to kindy as well.

We joined Kids Academy Kedron in March this year and are beyond grateful that we did for our little one. They were amazing with the transition period, the educators from the nursery room always gave back feedback that was honest which made you know what kinda kid you were picking up that day. The Chef shares daily the food menu along with pictures for the children. Emily the centre manager is always transparent and communicates with all the parents on all safety and health concerns when they arise. The learning aspect has given our little one so much confidence in such a small amount of time , they get to host some incursions which is a bonus as not all child care centres offer this . It is a second home to our little one and we are grateful to Emily and team there who do an awesome job every day. If you’re looking for a great local daycare on the Northside highly recommend Kids Academy Kedron.

10 stars if I could! I always think kids academy Kedron is a secret magic school because how can my picky baby who didn't even want to drink milk from a bottle learn to ask for a bottle herself, plus so many other skills that just vow me everyday - wash hands, pack away bowls, use a spoon, go to sleep, dance with friends etc etc The educators here are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to care for the little ones and come up with very educational programs. We've been to other centres and there's none like kids! I just feel absolutely confident my little one will have a good day while I work, that peace of mind is something I wouldn't trade the world for. Thank you kids academy!! Highly recommend!

Kids Academy at Kedron, is truly the best centre you could send your child to. The teachers are incredibly caring, supportive, and dedicated. Emily, our wonderful manager, always listens attentively and does everything she can to support each child within her capacity. Every morning, my child gets excited the moment we enter the car park. She runs straight to the teachers with a big hug and waves goodbye to me with a smile. This shows how much love, trust, and strong bonding she has built with the teachers and her friends.Such joy and connection can only come from a place filled with genuine care and warmth.

This isn’t just a daycare, it’s a family!! We’re moving to SA in a few weeks and my heart honestly hurts leaving the Kids Academy Kedron family. From day one, the team made our little one (and us!) feel so seen and cared for. Management and staff are exceptional, but it’s the everyday kindness, the cuddles, the check-ins, the “we’ve got this” reassurance that makes this place so special. We moved from another centre and the difference here was immediate: thoughtful communication, beautiful events and incursions, and a team who genuinely love the kids like their own. Part of me wants to keep this hidden gem to myself, but they deserve every bit of praise. We LOVE this centre and will miss everyone more than I can say. Thank you for loving and caring for Elli and Lulu!! We'll be back!!!

Great Community We moved to Kids Academy Kedron 12months ago and it’s such a welcoming & beautiful community. Their bush kindy program is priceless & rare to find elsewhere. My daughter looks forward to it each day. It gets them outside & gives them independent play, a nice end to the day from the structured learning. Can’t recommend this centre enough!

I used to love this center, my kids have attended since it opened. But since Affinity have taken over they have become a purely for profit based center. Kids safety and learning is put second, and the well being of their educators is last. The parents fought to keep the center at the quality it used to be, but now affinity is slowing winning. We now have a really high staff turnover rate. There is a noticeable reduction in staffing number , and replacing experience staff with younger inexperienced staff. Incident rates are on the increase. Is really sad. They have cut nearly all extra learning activities even though they have had the biggest profits the center has seen in the last year . There is now no music programs, no Japanese lessons and the once great facilities are looking tired or being torn down. The educators they have i cannot rate highly enough. Despite the challenges they are lovely and want the best for the kids. The kindy program is incredible, but unfortunately is overshadowed by the ordinary affinity is bringing to the center.

Our son’s experience at Kids Academy Kedron was amazing. He loved it! Coming from another Centre, the difference in the quality of the program delivered at Kids Academy is very obvious, as is the effort that the Educators go to to support and care for children and make them feel settled. The Centre Director team and Educators are warm and engaging and leave you with a sense of confidence that children will be cared for and made to feel safe when they’re away from their parents. We were so, so happy with our choice and the quality of care provided.

Jess and Emily run the place so wonderfully. We have been at the centre from the very beginning and cannot speak highly enough. Miss Makayla is an incredible gem and my 3 kids have been so happy and loved. If you are looking for an incredible centre with staff that care then this is the one!
