We rented a house on 92nd St Ocean in Marathon from Keyscations. The place was immaculately clean, which is supremely important for me, and the location was fantastic with a canal to the back of the house and open ocean to the front. The views from any of the rooms was stunning, especially the bedroom that overlooks the ocean looking directly towards the sunrise. We made use of the two kayaks to paddle out of the canal and in front of the house we found manatee feeding. Another morning we saw dolphin cruising past about a hundred yards from the front of the house. As we played in the pool another day we saw manatee swimming right up to our dock and got a really good view of them as the water wasn’t too deep. Later in the day we saw what looked like a young nurse shark as we kayaked at the end of the canal. We joked that it was as if someone was releasing the animals in turn for our entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and having holidayed in over twenty holiday homes over the years in central, south east and south west Florida, this one is hard to beat for my budget. We had a fantastic stay at Hook, Wine, and Sinker with KeysCations. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and communication with our hosts and their team was exceptional from start to finish. We made great use of the pool every day and enjoyed the stunning views from both the dock and pool area—spotting manatees right from the dock was a highlight.
The kayaks were a wonderful bonus; we explored the bay and even paddled out to Sombrero Beach. The location is ideal, with excellent restaurants just minutes away, along with convenient access to Publix and nearby bait shops. We especially enjoyed Burdines Waterfront, Castaway Waterfront Restaurant, and Island Fish Company.
We also booked a fishing charter with Florida Keys Reel Adventures and had an incredible experience, catching a snowy grouper, blue tilefish, and plenty of yellowtail snapper.
Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and we’re very grateful to KeysCations for such a memorable experience.

Paradise Cove is a lovely home, exactly as shown on the website. It is a good location, close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, Winn Dixie and many restaurants. It is well equipped with dishes etc. Roberto and staff of Keys Cation are very responsive, I had to contact them with an issue and before they could call me to tell me maintenance was on the way, the maintenance guy was at the door. The home is clean and ready for us upon arrival, their app is easy to use and very informative they came by and put out the garbage bins and put them back after garbage pickup, they are really on top of their business. I highly recommend Keys Cation and will absolutely contact them again when we want to visit Marathon.
My wife and I were looking for a place in the Florida Keys to celebrate my 60th birthday and we found the KeysCation house on 24th street in Marathon. Let me tell you, I am glad we did. Not only is this house centrally located it had all the amenities we were looking for, a boat dock, a pool and views. The house is new, well maintained and very comfortable. We really enjoyed seeing the manatees that came by on a daily basis. If you are looking for a Keys vacation, look no further, stay here!!

We just returned from a stay at Latitude 24 in Marathon. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable! We enjoyed the pool and spa nightly! The convenience of the boat dock was great. Nightly sunsets were beautiful! Kids enjoyed the yard. Layout of the house is ideal for multiple families enjoying vacation together. Would absolutely rent again!

Great stay at the Grander! Beautiful, clean home in the heart of marathon. Near restaurants and Key cable park. So much space and nicely updated. Pool was perfectly heated.

Amazing stay at The Grander. Such a well appointed property. Great central location for traveling around the Keys. Very responsive and helpful host, could not have expected a better experience. The house is very well done, you will not be disappointed. Will certainly plan to stay again.

We had an excellent stay at their Fins to the Left property. Their response time was excellent, property was clean and perfect for our trip. The access to Cabana Club was nice for days it was too windy to take out a boat.
