Kemco of Burlington (actually Graham, NC) is a great company to work with and the technicians have been prompt and polite. Since 2019 when Kemco did a complete Traine Heat Pump HVAC install until today with delightful Charles doing the semi-annual checkup we have nothing but praise for Kemco and highly recommend a reliable professional company with knowledgeable experienced technicians. Maintenance on Generac backup generator was done and the Tech communicated well and explained the servicing of the unit. He was professional and speedy.

We had the pleasure of working with Spence and his team. They were all wonderful! Professional, kind, and got the job done. Spence had great open and honest communication. He crossed all of the T's and dotted all the I's, and we passed our permit inspection with no questions asked! A bonus, they were the best price we found by thousands and we received a nicer unit (Trane) than other HVAC companies even offered us. We appreciate y'all! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
