The owners and technicians bend over backwards to be helpful. I just had an issue and Dennis helped me over the phone and a technician doesn’t even need to come to my house.

Tyler came out promptly to respond to our call , performed an annual inspection and corrected a small issue we had.

I am the owner of a new 4-story townhome in Alpharetta, GA, which comes equipped with a Cambridge Elevating brand elevator. The elevator had worked perfectly from the beginning but it suddenly entered "training mode" which requires a full reset. Since that is something the homeowner can't do, I contacted Luxury Home Elevator at our construction manager's recommendation.
Lisa got me on their schedule on short notice, and Tyler and Kruze came out and took care of business. They called ahead of time, were courteous, removed their shoes before entering my home, did the reset, and performed additional testing to make sure everything was working properly.
I now have Luxury Home Elevator on speed dial, and highly recommend their team for your residential elevator maintenance needs.

Dennis Pope is excellent!! He helped me get my elevator working super quickly. He went above and beyond helping me. It was late in the day after hours. Dennis Pope is AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend Luxury Home Elevator! Our home elevator was stuck between floors and I called to set up an appointment but instead Dennis called right away and walked me through what to do to figure out what was wrong. He immediately knew the problem that our backup battery had gone bad. I ordered another one and he sent me detailed instructions of how to hook it back up. I am VERY impressed with his prompt customer service!!!
