Brown Family Builders just completed our new home, and they were truly exceptional! They exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If we could give them more than five stars, we absolutely would! Having built custom homes before, we can confidently say that Brown Family Builders is one of the best custom builders we have ever worked with. Our entire golf community has been impressed with both the building process and the beautiful finished product. From the very beginning, their attention to detail was exceptional. Lori has an amazing eye for design and was wonderful at pointing out improvements, special details, and custom additions that made our home even better than we had envisioned. Jason provides exceptional service and somehow remembers every detail and every request! His General Manager was equally impressive—responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure everything was done right. One of the things we appreciated most was their willingness to truly customize our home. When we decided we wanted to change the design of the fireplace, they worked with us to make it happen—with no pushback or resistance. They added doggy doors specifically for our pets and worked extremely well with our architect to make changes to the original blueprints that made our home more accessible and better suited to our needs. They also made us feel that this was truly OUR home throughout the entire process. They consistently asked for our input and preferences on the design and interior selections, including paint colors, appliances, granite, stone, fixtures, lighting, and so many other details. We never felt like we were simply being given a standard set of choices. They listened to what we wanted and helped us create a home that reflects us. Just as impressive, they stayed on schedule! There were no delays from the project plan, which is remarkable when building a custom home. They were organized, dependable, and fully committed to the project from beginning to end. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly easy and enjoyable. The quality of the craftsmen and professionals they brought to our home was outstanding as well. The stonework is absolutely beautiful and demonstrates incredible craftsmanship. The landscaping is truly show-stopping, and our screened porch turned out exceptionally well. The quality and attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire property. Brown Family Builders didn't simply build us a house—they helped us create a home that was customized for our lifestyle, our needs, and our future. We are incredibly proud of the finished product and equally impressed by the experience we had getting here. We wholeheartedly recommend Brown Family Builders to anyone considering building a custom home. Brown Family Builders are an easy and transparent company to work with. They inspected our roof showed us pictures and even found damage the insurance inspector didn't tell us about. There was communication every step of the way. Their roofers were professional and completed the roof in a day leaving no mess behind.

We could not say enough about the great experience we had with the replacement of our roof done by this company. Jason responded promptly at all times, everything was done on schedule, pricing was reasonable. He and Brian make a good team. The crew showed up very early for the job, protected areas around the house, worked efficiently, finished the job in one day and cleaned throughly all around to ensure leaving no trash/debris behind. Jason is a professional and handles business in an honest manner. That is refreshing to find. We highly recommend his services.

Excellent work from a professional organization. From start to finish the entire project was managed professionally with Jason communicating with me throughout the project. I had a roof replacement with repairs to damage, rotted and decayed wood, and gutters installed. From start to finish the workmanship has been top notch, pricing was VERY competitive and I am nothing but happy with the final results. I can't recommend Precision enough, if you need work on your home this is who to call in Fayetteville.
