Recently bought my forever-ish home with Kavanagh Estates. Conveyancing process was incredibly long and tedious due to complexities with the paperwork, but the team communicated well throughout and chased where needed, and were very helpful with organising repeat visits to the property and suggestions for modernization.

I purchased a house through Kavanagh Estates. I was very impressed with them. When I turned up the viewing, it was a private viewing which was great. Aine showed me the house and gave me a lot of time to see. I could ask a lot of questions which was fantastic. They were on the ball to keep in touch with the vender and I during the process. Lisa and Aisling were also very nice. When I collected the key at their office, they gave me a bottle of wine. That was a super nice touch. A lot of people say bad things about estate agencies in general however, they were not like that at all.
